El fomento de la cultura de investigación a nivel de los países y de sus Instituciones educativas, se vale del diseño y desarrollo de programas que permitan fortalecer las competencias investigativas, incluyendo las cognitivas, procedimentales y actitudinales de su personal. Esta investigación, se enmarca en el programa de promoción de la cultura de investigación en Perú llevado a cabo en Universidades de la zona sur de Lima, para el fortalecimiento de sus docentes universitarios. El objetivo de la fue determinar la influencia del programa promoción de la cultura de investigación en el fortalecimiento de competencias en docentes. Para ello siguió el método hipotético deductivo, de enfoque cuantitativo, a partir de una investigación de tipo aplicada, diseño experimental, sub diseño cuasi experimental, y corte transversal. La población lo constituyeron 520 docentes universitarios de la zona sur de Lima, la muestra fue de 212 docentes. Los resultados están enmarcados en el grupo experimental el 1,9% evidencia un nivel bueno en cuanto a la consolidación de competencias investigativas, el 86,8% un nivel muy bueno, mientras que un 11,3% tiene un nivel excelente. Se concluye que existe influencia favorable del programa promoción de la cultura de investigación, logrando fortalecer las competencias investigativas estudiadas en los docentes, esto manifestado en el incremento de su productividad académica y científica.
Environmental literacy is the ability to perceive environmental conditions, become aware, make decisions and carry out actions to reestablish balance in the living environment and, through sustainable behaviors, protect the environment, guaranteeing the quality of life of people. The purpose of the study was to determine the incidence of environmental literacy in the sustainable pedagogical behaviors of basic education teachers. The research was carried out under a quantitative approach with the participation of 650 teachers from private and state schools in Metropolitan Lima, who, through the survey technique and instruments such as the questionnaire and the behavior scale, were able to determine their predominant level of literacy, as well as the type of sustainable pedagogical behavior. The results indicate that 385 teachers (59.23%) have a medium level of literacy, while 503 teachers (77.08%) have very adequate sustainable behaviors, concluding that environmental literacy has a 21% impact on the sustainable pedagogical behaviors of teachers.
El presente estudio tuvo como propósito determinar la relación que existe entre la responsabilidad social universitaria y la calidad del servicio administrativo en la universidad. El método fue hipotético deductivo, siendo una investigación básica, transversal correlacional, de diseño no experimental. La muestra trabajada fue probabilística, conformada por 268 estudiantes; utilizandose la encuesta y el cuestionario. El estudio concluyó que existe relación significativa entre la variable responsabilidad social de la universidad y la calidad del servicio administrativo en la universidad; esto implica afirmar que: cuanto mayor sea la responsabilidad social de la universidad, mayores serán los niveles de calidad del servicio administrativo.
The awareness of the population with the environmental problem worldwide, guides the execution of conservation and preservation actions by the actors that make life in the different human and social spaces. The objective of the study was to analyze the implementation of the environmental culture program in strengthening the ecological behavior of students of regular basic education. The intervention was structured around three fundamental axes: solid waste treatment and recycling culture, increasing living spaces, saving water and energy. The study is part of a qualitative approach to action research design, it was used as a technique and instrument: The observation and the semi-structured interview to the students of basic education in Lima, Peru. The results indicate that it has been possible to strengthen its ecological behavior, from the execution of actions in the aforementioned fundamental axes, as part of the environmental culture program. It is concluded that the students before the program showed little concern for the environmental problems of their school and locality. The study allowed the student to reflect, generating a commitment to continue participating with the family in activities in favor of the environment.
