Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui keefektifan fungisida nabati dari kombinasi tepung jagung dan ekstrak daun sirsak dalam mengendalikan penyakit layu fusarium pada tanaman cabai. Dimana uji efektivitas fungisida nabati (kombinasi tepung jagung dan ekstrak daun sirsak) dalam mengendalikan penyakit layu fusarium (Fusarium oxysporum) pada tanaman cabai menggunakan dua metode yaitu metode eksperimen dan metode studi pustaka. Sampel yang di gunakan adalah tepung jagung dan ekstrak daun sirsak yang akan di uji pada tanaman cabai. Hasil penelitan ini menunjukan bahwa fungisida nabati dari kombinasi tepung jangung ekstrak daun sirsak efektif penghambatannya karena daya toksisitasnya yang tinggi pada daun sirsak serta tepung jagung yang mampu mengikat zat yang terdapat dalam ekstrak daun sirsak serta juga mampu menyeimbangkan pH tanah tersebut menyebabkan dapat menghambat pertumbuhan koloni jamur Fusarium oxysporum. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of vegetable fungicides from a combination of corn flour and soursop leaf extract in controlling fusarium wilt disease in chili plants. Where to test the effectiveness of vegetable fungicides (a combination of corn flour and soursop leaf extract) in controlling fusarium wilt disease (Fusarium oxysporum) in chili plants using two methods, namely the experimental method and the method of literature study. The samples used were corn flour and soursop leaf extract to be tested on chili plants. The results of this study indicate that the vegetable fungicide from the combination of corn flour and soursop leaf extract is effective in inhibiting it because of its high toxicity in soursop leaves and corn flour which can bind substances contained in soursop leaf extract and is also able to balance the soil pH causing it to inhibit the growth of fungal colonies Fusarium oxysporum
Background: Representation is a tool to improve students' communication, interpreting, and problem-solving skills. Visual representation (RV) can provide information about understanding the object/phenomenon observed about the concept under study. This study aimed to determine the relationship between visual representations and material content and the relationship between visual representations and the reality of images contained in the Circulation System material. Methods: This study used a content analysis method with a qualitative data analysis technique. Results: The analysis results show a relationship compared to the category of significant relationships on the circulation system's material and the relationship of symbolic visual representations. Conclusions: The analysis that has been carried out on the visual representation of SMA/MA biology books in the city of Stabat for the circulation system material, it can be concluded that the Visual Representation relationship contained in SMA/MA biology books was found to be more dominant for the category of no relationship compared to the category of a significant relationship in circulation system material presented. In addition, when analyzed concerning the reality of the image, the visual representation displays the relationship of symbolic visual representations in the analyzed biology textbooks. In addition to choosing a textbook, the teacher should pay attention not only to the content of the learning material but also to look at the components in the book, one of which is the picture in the textbook. This will later be useful to support students' understanding of the concepts being taught.
Aquaponik menjadi salah satu kunci dalam membuka peluang usaha ditengah pandemic covid-19 yang menjajah disetiap sudut kehidupan. Penerapan system aquaponk sederhana tentu akan membantu perekonomian dan wawasan masyarakat khususnya di Desa Pasiran, Kec. Sei Dadap, Kab, Asahan yang memiliki sebagian besar bekerja sebagai petani untuk memenuhi asupan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pertumbuhan tanaman kangkung dengan system aquaponik sederhana dengan memanfaatkan limbah anorganik sebagai media penanaman bibit kangkung. Penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian Kualitatif dengan riset focus group discussion (FGD) peyampaian secara langsung kepada masyarakat di Desa Pasiran sebagai stakeholders penerapan system aquaponik dilingkungan rumah. Penelitian ini melakukan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat dengan mengadakan pertemuan di Balai Desa Pasiran, memberikan penyuluhan dan kegiatan tanya jawab terkait konsep system aquaponik sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pertumbuhan pada kangkung terjadi dengan baik dan cepat berkembang. Dan dengan adanya system aquaponik sederhana, masyarakat dapat mengkonsumsi sayuran organic bebas dari bahan kimia serta menjadi peluang usaha ditengah pandemic virus covid-19.
