In recent years, seismic vulnerability in self-built housing is often seen as a problem due to the irregularity and marginalization presented, which means that informal settlements are often characterized by the difficulties of the poorest sectors to access urban land and housing, causing urban growth to have an often-violent impact on the image of the city. However, the majority of constructions houses are made of adobe material and/or noble material as one of the most representative constructive typologies of traditional architecture and local culture, for which these systems have suffered abandonment and displacement. by contemporary materials and techniques, a situation that has only increased after the recent seismic events that have occurred worldwide, whose figures are represented by percentages, due to the problems present in various countries of the world in the systematic review is considered as a primary objective determine the percentage of seismic vulnerability that affects the Self-construction of urban single-family homes, based on the analysis of research articles from the last 10 years, with a methodology that included analysis through information systems in the database such as: Redalyc , Google Scholar, Dialnet, ResearchGate and Scielo, carrying out the classification by means of the flow diagram where articles not corresponding to the subject to be investigated were discarded, being possible to obtain 50 scientific articles to work on, in the analysis it was obtained as results that most of the self-constructions present constructive deficiencies, as well as an incorrect urban planning, which contributed to increase the seismic vulnerability of the buildings.
The present work will include an investigation on the different uses of new technologies in stabilization, with the need to opt for an optimal terrain or soil for passability as evidenced in different parts of the world, which leads to the search for alternative solutions to This problem affects in one way or another the quality of life of people. The objective is to know about the use of these new technologies in the stabilization of soils designed for highways, based on a systematic review in the last 10 years, with data obtained through different sources such as Redalyc, ScienceDirect, Scopus, Scielo, Springer, among others. Since having land with excellent stabilization for road traffic guarantees safety and comfort from a good base, providing a better quality of life for people. The review was carried out under the IMRD -PRISMA methodology, considering the APPA writing and citation standards. The results of the evaluation of the use of new technologies and their effects on the soil for highways in the world detail that these materials have a positive impact on the characteristics of the treated soil, being the hydrophobic organosilane technology with an improvement index of 533%. in cbr stability.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
