This study aims to determine what had been done in distance learning applications to enable special education students to continue their education during the Covid-19 epidemic period and how students and their families could benefit from these applications. The research was prepared using a qualitative method and semi-structured interview questions were used to collect the data. In the research ten special education teachers affiliated to MNE (Ministry of National Education), the sample group was analyzed by using content analysis method. The research results revealed that distance education and face to face education were not provided and family education is not given importance; special education teachers expressed both positive and negative opinions about distance education practices in primary education; there is not a sufficient distance education application for students with special needs and no IEP(Individual Education Program) applications in distance education for students with different developmental characteristics; the use of materials suitable for students' needs is inadequate.
One of the most important problems of our age is that human resources are not used effectively and efficiently due to the variety of languages. In this context, it is important to establish the human resources profile of the education sector which has the highest human resources in the public sector and to investigate whether this resource is used efficiently and effectively. In terms of the quality of education, it is important to evaluate the correct employment, motivation studies, and performance of school employees. The aim of this research is to meet the expectations and needs of the education system by suggesting the importance, functioning and applications of human resources in educational applications and by proposing a human resources employment 6 strategy models. The research was conducted using an interview technique and document analysis, one of the qualitative research methods. A purposeful sampling approach, one of the non-random sampling methods, was used in determining the study group. As a result of the research, the participants stated that this plan was made for the needs as a majority for workforce planning. Almost all of the participants expressed the view that conflict and resolution strategies should be developed. In line with the findings of the research, a model proposal covering the needs of employment strategies in education, employment process and employment applications are presented.
Sustainability plays a significant role in all levels of education. Paying attention to strategies for accessibility in educational levels is highly needed. This research aims to evaluate accessibility strategies in vocational education training (VET). It is significant to put efforts into VET to raise awareness on accessibility for the societal benefits of inclusivity and digital transformation in services for all. While preparing the educational context for digital education, accessibility strategies are essential for establishing the future of education. The study adopted the qualitative research approach and used semi-structured interviews and public reports for data collection. The sample of the study comprised the staff working at the management/administrative level in VET and at the ministry of education. Results indicated that suitable strategies are crucial for sustainability and accessibility in VET. Active citizenship for the global world requires understanding the practical sides of accessibility. In this respect, this study recommends vocational training activities based on sustainability and accessibility. To set sustainable strategies in VET, defining the proper roles and responsibilities of teachers, trainers, and staff are essential. The administrative authority, protection of school fixtures and procedures, resolving financial issues, overcoming obstacles such as quality activities, and the professional inadequacy of teacher training are basic steps for developing VET.
