The purpose of this research was to describe things as follow. First, it describes the writing skills of the report text of observations of grade VII junior high school 22 Padang. Secondly, it describes the writing skills of fantasy text for VII grade students of junior high school 22 Padang. Third, analyze the comparasion between the writing skills of the observation report text and the fantasy story writing skills of the seventh grade student. This type of research is quantitative research with descriptive analysis. Based on the result of the study, the following three things were concluded. First, the writing skills of the report text of observations of grade VII students of junior high school are in good qualifications (82,82). Secondly, the skills to write fantasy text for seventh grade student of junior high school 22 Padang are in good qualifications (80,66). Third, there is a significant difference between the writing skills of observations report text and the fantasy story writing skills of grade VII students of junior high school 22 Padang, so it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted because the test results prove that the count is greater then the table 11,25>1,68. This article reveals the contribution of mastery of the intrinsic elements to writing skills of the short story text grade students XI SMAN 2 Bukittinggi. The purpose of this research there are three. First, it describes the mastery of the intrinsic elements. Second, it describes the writing skills of the short story text. Third, describing the contribution of mastery of the intrinsic elements to writing skills of the short story text. This research type is quantitative, descriptive method, and design contribution. This research population is grade XI that are registered on the school year 2018/2019, i.e. as many as 311 students. The sample in this research are determined by proportional random sampling of 10% of the population, i.e. 30 students. The research data are scores as a result of mastering the intrinsic elements and the scores of writing skills from the short story text. The data obtained through two types of tests i.e. objective tests to measure the mastery of the instrinsic elements and performance tests to measure the skills of writing a short story text. The results of the research there are three. First, the mastery of the intrinsic elements are on good qualifications (B) by the value of the average 77,67. Second, the skills of writing text short story are on more than enough qualifications (LdC) with an average of 70,00. Third, there is a contribution of the intrinsic elements to writing skills of the short story text grade students XI SMAN 2 Bukittinggi at 66,26%. This study aims to reveal three problems regarding the implementation of the scientific approach in Indonesian subjects Curriculum 2013. First, the application of the scientific approach. Secondly, there are obstacles in the implementation of learning. Third, the follow-up done by the teacher in overcoming the constraints of learning. This research was conducted with qualitative research using descriptive methods. Data collected in this study using the method of observation, documentation, and interviews. The data in this study were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The subjects in this study were Indonesian language teachers at SMPN 1 Koto Balingka, West Pasaman Regency. The results showed that in learning activities using a scientific approach the teacher was doing well. In the learning process the teacher has explained the five stages of learning by using a scientific approach, starting from observing, holding, reasoning, trying, to communicating. The results of this study also show the results that there are still obstacles faced by teachers in the process of implementing learning, for example, constrained by supporting facilities and infrastructures in learning. In the learning process the teacher has done step 5 M and has a role as a facilitator so that students are actively involved in learning. In general, learning activities with a scientific approach have been going well, but there are still obstacles faced by teachers in their implementation. The purpose of this research is three. First, describe the reading skills of the text apresitif fable grade VII SMP Negeri 30 Padang. Second, describing the writing skills of text fable grade VII students SMP Negeri 30 Padang. Thirdly, describing the contribution of fable text apreciprocative reading skills to text writing skills Fable class VII SMP Negeri 30 Padang. This type of research is quantitative by a descriptive method. The design used in this study is design contributions. The population of this study is class VII junior high School 30 Padang registered in the school year 2018/2019, which is as many as 254 students. The samples in this study were determined by proportional random sampling of 20% of the population, which is 56 students. This research Data is in the form of scores of test skills read Fable text appreciative and score test results of text writing fable. The results of this study were three. First, the skill of reading a text apresiative fable grade VII students SMP Negeri 30 Padang is in good qualification (B) with an average value of 74.19. Secondly, the writing skills of text fable grade VII students SMP Negeri 30 Padang are in good qualification (B) with an average of 76.64. Thirdly, there is a contribution of reading skills fable text appreciative to the writing skills of text fable grade VII students SMP Negeri 30 Padang amounted to 51.4%. The purpose of this research there are three. First, it describes the skills of reading comprehension text procedure grade VII SMP Negeri 10 field. Second, it describes the writing skills text procedure grade VII SMP Negeri 10 field. Third, describing the contribution of the intermediate reading comprehension text procedure against writing skills text procedure grade VII SMP Negeri 10 field. This research type is quantitative descriptive method. The design used in this research is the design contribution. This research population is grade VII SMP Negeri Padang are registered on the 12th school year 2018/2019.The sample in this research are determined by proportional random sampling of 20% of the population, 54 students. Research data is a score test results intermediate reading comprehension text procedure and score the writing skills test result text procedure. The data obtained through two types of tests objective tests to measure the skills of reading comprehension text procedure and performance tests to measure the skills of writing a text procedure. The results of the research there are three. First, the skills of reading comprehension text procedure grade VII SMP Negeri Padang 10 are on good qualifications (B) by the value of the average 80.09. Second, the skills of writing text procedure grade VII SMP Negeri Padang 10 are on good qualifications (B) with an average of 80.71.
