Background: The treatment of pneumonia viruses with antiviral drugs produced mild to severe side effects until the immune system worked against the invaded virus. Objective: Therefore, it is crucial to develop an efficient alternative therapy with lower side effects against infection of pneumonia viruses. Methods: We hereby designated a novel device termed a a Life Restoration Device (LRD to produce electric frequencies with lower potential. The electric frequencies cancan specifically destroy the nucleic acid materials and viral envelope rather than the plasma of the infected cell. Using a glass tube model the infected cells with propagated viruses were filled in the glass tube and two nickel-coated copper rods were inserted into both ends. Then the two rods were connected into the LRD. Lower potential electric frequencies were applied for 30 min and 60 min onto the infected cells. Results: The treatment of the infected cell culture of MERS-CoV and SARS-CoV-2 using LRD for 30 min significantly reduced the viral infectivity to 83% and 22% respectively. After 60 min of MERS-CoV and SARS-CoV-2 exposure to LRD, the infectivity reduced to 21% and 1% respectively. Additionally, based on the data of transmission electron microscopy of the H5N1 virus and electrophoretic patterns of different types of viruses, the nucleic acid materials of the treated viruses were reduced based on the non-treated viruses. The electric frequencies sensitivity produced by LRD can reduce the fluidity of the viral envelope rather than the plasma membrane of the infected cells. Conclusion: Treatment of pneumonia viruses with electric stimulation is a new alternative therapy but needs more investigations. The data obtained from this study is important to develop an effective alternative viral therapy.
Background: The production of healthy sperms from testicular tissues which able to successfully fertilize the mature egg is the main target of the recent studies. Recently dietary supplements composed from multi-natural products extracted from medicinal herbs are used for sperm parameters improvement compared with chemically-based synthesized drugs. This traditional method of treatment is safe, effective and low costed compared with the chemicalbased synthesized drugs treatment. Objectives:We will investigate the efficacy of Manfort on a total number of 33 patients (n = 33) suffering from low sperm count or azoospermia. It is expected that Manfort will improve the semen parameters qualities. Materials and methods: In this study we prepared a dietary supplement called “Manfort”composed from multi-active antioxidants and anti-inflammatory ingredients. Results: The semen parameters of patients treated with Manfort showed an improvement in most of semen parameters. Compared with the semen parameters before treatment, the semen volume significantly increased 1.4 times in the patients consumed Manfort. The sperm concentration of low sperm counts and azoospermia patents increased 5.2 times and 0.5 times respectively. Sperm motility also elevated into 2.1 times as compared with same data before Manfort consumption.Additionally, the number of white blood cells in the semen significantly decreased in the treated patients with Manfort. Conclusion: The data obtained from this study introduced important information about nature products extracted from medicinal herbs and its role in the infertility treatment. This study recommends the use of dietary supplements which contain multi-active antioxidants ingredients to improve semen parameters.
Recently, the prevention and treatment of hepatitis C virus (HCV) complications consider as major obstacles to reducing HCV outbreaks worldwide. Therefore, it is crucial to develop a new alternative therapy for HCV infection with low cost and low side effects. A smart device termed a Life Restoration Device (LRD) was designated to produce a low potential codified amount of ions. The specified codified amount of ions produced from LRD are designated to exterminate HCV. To investigate our hypothesis, we designated an experimental system for in-vitro studies. This system is composed of a glass tube that can be filled with HCV polymerase chain reaction (PCR)-positive serum. The result of this study showed that LRD can decrease the viral load of HCV PCR-positive serum to 99% after 2 hrs treatment. The viral load reduction of the LRD against low HCV PCR count was almost similar to that of high HCV PCR count. Furthermore, the efficacy of LRD to reduce the serum viral load after 30 min or 60 min treatment was 74%or 95% respectively while the viral load after2 hrs treatment was about 91%. The electron microscopy investigation of HCV PCR-positive serum after treatment with LRD showed degenerated HCV particles compared with the non-treated virus. The in vitro treatment of the HCV PCR-positive serum with LRD didn’t affect the blood contents such as red blood cells count, white blood cells count and hemoglobin levels. The sincerity of the codified amount of ions produced by LRD may affect the fragile fluidity of the viral envelope. Treatment of hepatitis viruses with a codified amount of ions is a new alternative therapy but needs more studies. It is crucial to develop an effective alternative viral therapy using such kind of technology to reduce the antiviral drugs side effects.
