Quality of service plays an important role in the world of education, especially higher education, although there is still debate about the position of students as customers, but it is believed that the quality of service in higher education plays an important role in ensuring the survival of a university. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of higher education service quality on the satisfaction and loyalty of FEBP UNHI students. The model of higher education service quality used in this study is HEdPERF which consists of five dimensions namely academic aspects, non-academic aspects, reputation, access, and program issues. The sample used was 119 students from management and accounting study programs with simple random sampling technique, and the analysis technique used was path analysis. The results obtained were (1) HEdPERF had a positive but not significant effect on student loyalty, (2) HEdPERF had a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction, (3) satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on student loyalty, and (4) satisfaction mediated the effect of HEdPERF on student loyalty. PendahuluanKemajuan suatu negara saat ini tidak bisa diukur hanya dengan mengandalkan banyaknya sumber daya alam (SDA) yang dimiliki, namun bergantung kepada kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang ada. Negara-negara minim SDA yang berhasil menjadi negara maju telah membuktikan hal tersebut seperti Singapura, Korea Selatan, Jepang, dan Norwegia. Pendidikan memegang peranan yang sangat vital, baik itu di negara maju maupun negara berkembang. Jika bagi negara maju pendidikan masih memegang peranan vital, maka bisa dibayangkan betapa pentingnya pendidikan bagi negara berkembang seperti Indonesia. Pada tahun 2019, Presiden Joko Widodo yang telah memasuki periode kedua kepemimpinannya memprioritaskan pembangunan SDM secara besar-besaran sebagai prioritas utama dalam menghadapi persaingan global dan cara yang dapat ditempuh untuk mewujudkan cita-cita tersebut adalah melalui pendidikan, baik e-ISSN 2655-9501
Kepemimpinan adalah proses mempengaruhi atau memberi contoh oleh pemimpin kepada pengikutnya dalam upaya mencapai tujuan organisasi. Pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan akan berdampak pada kinerja bawahan. Dalam memotivasi kinerja dari perusahaan atau organisasi sangat ditentukan oleh gaya kepemimpinan dari seorang pemimpin. Dalam budaya bali kepemimpinan hindu dikenal dengan ajaran atau konsep Asta Brata. Asta Brata adalah contoh kepemimpinan hindu yang terdapat dalam Itihasa Ramayana. Asta Brata yaitu delapan tipe kepemimpinan yang merupakan delapan sifat kemahakuasaan Tuhan. Ajaran ini diberikan Sri Rama kepada Wibhisana sebagai raja Alengka Pura menggantikan kakaknya Rahwana. Dalam konsep Asta Brata ada delapan ajaran kepemimpinan hindu yang perlu diterapkan dan dijadikan sebagai pedoman dalam diri seorang pemimpin. Selain konsep Asta Brata, seorang pemimpin juga sangat membutuhkan dasar-dasar dalam menjalankan tugasnya. Dalam ajaran agama Hindu dasar-dasar yang dijadikan pedoman oleh seorang pemimpin adalah Konsep Tri Hita Karana. Dengan menerapkan konsep dari Tri Hita Karana, yaitu Parhyangan, Pawongan, Palemahan, maka seorang pemimpin akan dapat mempertanggungjawabkan (akontabilitas) kinerjanya serta dapat menciptakan suatu hubungan yang harmonis dan seimbang pada tiga komponen yang ada sehingga akan memberikan feed back positif kepada lingkungan masyarakat yang dipimpinnya.
The purpose of this study to examine the influence of leader member exchange, empowerment, talent management to turnover intention on employees of PT Bank BRI Cabang Gatot Subroto. Sample used as many as 55 people with census method (total sampling), the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The result of analysis is known that member exchange leader has positive and significant impact to employee intention turnover at PT Bank BRI Cabang Gatot Subroto. Empowerment has a negative and significant effect on employee intention turnover at PT Bank BRI Cabang Gatot Subroto. Talent management has a negative and significant effect on employee intention turnover at PT Bank BRI Cabang Gatot Subroto. Suggestions for management conduct discussions led by employers with employees to deal with problems that occur in the company, as the company's leadership should teach employees to work smart and fast by teaching a good work culture so that employees work again with enthusiasm. Companies must continue to develop talent management as a foundation for educating and developing employee talents. The management of PT Bank BRI Cabang Gatot Subroto in facing the problem of employee turnover intention is much influenced by the level of education, this need to be evaluated by the management and the leader in the future in order to be able to give place to the employee so as to be able to suppress the turnover intention.
