Learning products that have been designed and developed by the teacher/researcher must be tested first to determine their quality level before being disseminated to the broader community. This research is a development product testing phase by going through the validity, practicality and effectiveness test phase, which is the final part of a research and development (R&D) design. There are three groups of participants involved in this study: two validators, five elementary school teachers, and 25 students from Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Majene, West Sulawesi, Indonesia. Several instruments were used in collecting data in this study, namely: (a) validation sheets, (b) teacher response questionnaires, (c) student response questionnaires, (d) learning implementation observation sheets, and (e) learning outcomes tests. The data that have been collected are then analyzed using a quantitative approach with the help of the SPSS version 20.00 application. The results showed that the Integrating, Rationale and Approach Participation (IRA) learning model was proven to be valid, practical, and effective through a series of tests carried out. Thus, this environment-based IRA learning model can be used by a broader range of users.
Early childhood (0-6 years) is a very important period that affects all stages of human development. This period is often referred to as the golden age because in this period children’s intelligence develops more rapidly than in the next period. Children need good quality educational services during early childhood so that their potential can develop optimally. It is therefore important to support early childhood education facilities and infrastructure. Each educational unit must have infrastructure such as land, classrooms, leadership rooms, teachers’ rooms, administration rooms, library rooms, sports venues, places of worship, places to play, and places to support the learning process. There are still many people who do not understand what infrastructure is needed by early childhood education units to support the needs of children, or how to manage it. This can be seen in the results of this exploratory study, which analyzed the standards of the infrastructure in the district and municipal early childhood education units in South Sulawesi province. Keywords: infrastructure standards, early childhood education program
Developments The world is currently faced with the phenomenon of digital disruption, which is a situation indicated by the movement of the industrial world or job competition that is no longer linear. In the field of courses, currently there has also been an online course service that can be accessed via the web/page. One is a Learning Management Systems (LMS) based course that allows instructors and/or students to share material, submit and return assignments, and communicate online. The research method used is research and development using the product development concept from ADDIE which consists of 5 stages, namely (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) development, (4) implementation, and (5) evaluation. The results of research and development of a Learning Management System (LMS)-based computer course model that has been tested on PAUD teachers and education staff show that the practicality of this model is very well implemented by instructors and can be applied by course organizers. The results of the course learning in the trial can improve the skills of PAUD teachers and education personnel in the office application computer course program.
