Geoportal is an indispensable part of the national spatial data infrastructure and a central point of access to spatial data. The paper presents the development of a geoportal based on the principles of service-oriented architecture. Open source frameworks and libraries were used to create geoportal. The aim of the paper is to present a partially different approach to the development of geoportals, based on the modern principles of web application development. The case study was conducted for the cadastral municipality of Brod, the municipality of Brod, Republika Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Pristup menadžmentu rizika varira u zavisnosti od delatnosti i veličine organizacije UvodRizik je pojam koji oduvek postoji u našem okruženju, kao stanje u kome je moguće neželjeno odstupanje od ishoda kojem se nadamo. Za današnje poslovanje, takvo stanje je neizbežno. U uslovima velike ponude proizvoda i usluga na svetskom tržištu, zadovoljstvo korisnika predstavlja najbitniji faktor koji oblikuje proizvode i usluge. Mera zadovoljstva korisnika je kvalitet, a efektivan menadž-ment rizika u okviru poslovanja čini da je kvalitet stalno obezbeđen.Ovaj rad najpre objašnjava univerzalne faze menadžmenta rizika. Faze omogućavaju lakše snalaženje u svim aktivnostima koje je neophodno sprovesti kako bi rizici bili identifikovani i tretirani na pravi način.Da bi se princip razmišljanja zasnovanog na riziku potpuno razumeo, najpre se treba upoznati sa načinima na koji je rizik bio posmatran u prethodnim verzijama standarda ISO 9001. U vremenskom periodu od skoro tri pune decenije, pristup rizicima se značajno menjao, dok nije dostigao današnji sveobuhvatan oblik. Ovaj rad predstavlja viđenje rizika u svim prethodnim verzijama standarda za sisteme kvaliteta, i detaljnu analizu principa razmišljanja zasnovanog na riziku kao jedan od najvažni-jih principa aktuelne verzije standarda.
УВОДИнжењерска геодезија представља посебан дио геодезије који се бави позиционирањем и обезбјеђењем геометрије инжењерских објеката. Захваљујући убрзаном развоју техничких наука у последњих неколико деценија и све већим захтјевима за прецизним мјерењима, инжењерска геодезија добија на значају и издваја се као посебна научна област. У току изградње објеката, обавеза геодетског стручњака је да обезбједи да се геометрија пројектованог објекта обиљежи на терену или у одређеном простору (да се објекат пренесе из пројекта на терен или у одговарајући простор), у границама задатих толеранција грађења и монтаже објекта или постројења. Класичне геодетске мјерне методе и поступци замјењују објекат или тијело чија се геометрија контролише скупом дискретних тачака на површини објекта из којих се оцјењују геометријски параметри модела. На тај начин се као замјена облика реалног објекта добија скуп координата мјерених тачака, из којих се оцјењују карактеристични параметри геометријске фигуре (замјене реалног модела), а чије оцјене зависе од броја и позиције мјерених (карактеристичних) тачака.
In the business world, as well as in everyday life, there is an increasing number of needs, requirements, and expectations that need to be met to ensure mutual satisfaction. To achieve this, standards are increasingly taking place within the business of organizations, to make business simpler, safer, and more secure. By applying and introducing standards, companies achieve continuous improvement of their performance as well as a competitive advantage.The aim of this paper is to present the standards for companies from the food industry and their supply chain. Knowing that the food industry is very specific in terms of safety and quality, a number of standards have been developed to prevent possible inconsistencies on this issue, which may affect human and animal health. All actors in the supply chain, and especially end users, demand that the products that reach them be safe, which gains trust in the organization. Organizations are increasingly introducing standards and systems that will enable the safety and quality of their products, after which improvements in the performance of the organization are realized.
This paper provides a detailed analysis of one of the standards in human resource management, ISO 30405. This standard provides specific guidelines for the recruitment process and, within this paper, highlights the importance of ISO 30405 for the recruitment process and the overall business. The successful business of any organization is based on quality and motivated staff, which is achieved through the recruitment process. From this, it is concluded that successful recruitment is one of the main prerequisites for the success of organizations in business, and when we take into account the fact that the ISO 30405 standard ensures the quality of the recruitment process, we come to a key dependence. importance for the business organization itself.All five points of the ISO 30405 standard are analyzed in this paper, including their sub-points. The first three points of this standard provide a detailed, informative introduction to the standard and its application. They highlight the subject, scope, and normative references related to the standard and basic terms and their definitions that are crucial for understanding the recruitment process itself, as well as the ISO 30405 standard itself. The fourth point is the core of this standard because Specific guidelines for the recruitment process are highlighted. The fifth point of this standard refers to the measurement, analysis, and improvement within the recruitment process, more precisely describing the measurement process and guidelines regarding the necessary measures and methods of analyzing the results of these measurements to improve it. The concluding part of the paper presents the sublimation of all guidelines of the ISO 30405 standard and emphasizes its importance, primarily in the recruitment process, and then with the help of a cause-and-effect relationship, its importance in the business of organizations.
