Law on National Development Planning System (Number 25/2004) mandates that Development planning must refer to the consideration that the goal of development of all government levels is the same, namely the welfare of the community. Empowerment is a concept to give people greater responsibility for how to do work. The potential of Sukaratu village consists of agriculture, livestock, tourism objects, handicrafts, cultivation and plantations. Among these potentials, the authors take the economic empowerment potential of cultivating black soldier fly maggot as an alternative ingredients for fish feed and reducing organic waste, so that it can increase the income of the people of Sukaratu. The research method used is qualitative and quantitative research; observation and interviews in an effort to obtain data. The results showed that the potential of Sukaratu village consisted of agriculture, animal husbandry, tourism objects, handicrafts, cultivation and plantations, the potential of human resources in terms of age and education was good, but in terms of business creativity and business skills, need to be improved. Maggot cultivation can reduce organic waste. The capital is not large enough because it only requires terraced media and houses that are given nets for broodstock to lay eggs.
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi pembelajaran bercerita kelompok A TKIT Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyyah Karawang kurang berkembang, hal ini disebabkan oleh siswa kurang percaya diri, Anak belum tergali kecerdasan bahasanya, sebagian siswa masih ada yang diam kurang komunikatif, masih ada siswa yang kurang konsentrasi, siswa belum berani tampil kedepan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan Berbicara Anak Usia Dini Melalui Metode Bercerita Di Kelompok A TKIT Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyyah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dimana peneliti mempunyai masalah dengan kegiatan belajar mengajar bercerita yang terjadi didalam sehingga harus ada penelitian supaya masalah itu bisa diatasi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui metode bercerita kemampuan berbicara anak usia dini dapat meningkat. Hal ini terbukti bahwa rata-rata kemampuan anak dalam bercerita kondisi awal sebesar 36,36 % kemudian meningkat menjadi 54,55 % pada siklus I dan akhirnya meningkat lagi menjadi 81,82 % pada siklus II, kondisi tersebut didukung oleh keberanian anak dalam bercerita didepan teman-temannya. Sebenarnya anak senang dengan bercerita namun kebanyakan belum ada keberanian dan kurang percaya diri, sehingga anak harus dimotivasi terlebih dahulu dan kurang motivasi dari orang tua dalam bercerita dirumah Penelitian berlokasi di TKIT Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyyah Kecamatan Karawang Kulon Kabupaten Karawang.
