This study aims to analyze the differences in perceptions between customers of Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Bank Negara Indonesia, and Bank Mandiri regarding the use of the conversational user interface owned by each bank. This study used 58 respondents. By using the Kruskal Wallis technique, it can be concluded that there are differences in perceptions between customers of Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Bank Negara Indonesia and Bank Mandiri who interact using the conversational user interface facility. Even though it is easy to use, the absence of recommendations from the community and family as well as concerns that the chatbot is unable to provide the right information and solutions can have implications for the reluctance of customers to use these facilities in the future

This study aims to examine and obtain empirical evidence about the effect of tax avoidance on firm value with transparency as a moderating variable in manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. The data used is archived data in the form of annual reports and financial statements of manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. The results of this study indicate that tax avoidance as measured by the Effective Tax Rate (ETR) proxy which has a significant positive influence on firm value measured using Tobins' Q ratio and transparency can weaken the moderation between the effect of tax avoidance on firm value

Abstract. This study is a quantitative research to examine the influence and relationship of risk, performance, dividend policy, and firm value. Data analysis was done by Multiple Regression and Logistic Regression method. The result shows that the Non Performance Loan (NPL) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) have a negative and significant influence to Bank Performance (ROA), while Net Interest Margin (NIM) has a positive and significant impact on Bank Performance (ROA). Other findings indicate that Bank Performance (ROA) has a positive effect and  significant to Price to Book Value (PBV), and banks that generate high ROA tend to divide Dividends. Keywords: NPL; LDR; NIM; ROA; PBV; Dividend Policy. Abstrak. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menguji pengaruh dan hubungan antara risiko, kinerja, kebijakan dividen, dan nilai perusahaan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode analisis Multiple Regression dan Logistic Regression. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Non Performance Loan (NPL) dan Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Bank (ROA), sedangkan Net Interest Margin (NIM) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Bank (ROA). The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of share ownership structure on dividend policy and its impact on firm value. Ownership structure is proxied by managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and ownership concentration. The research data were obtained from manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2016-2018 using purposive sampling method of selecting samples. The results of hypothesis testing using multiple regressions indicate that institutional ownership and ownership concentration have a positive effect on dividend policy,while managerial ownership has no effect. The results also show that dividend policy has a positive effect on firm value. As predicted, profitability and leverage as control variables have an effect on dividend policy and firm value.
