This article is about the phenomenon of community radio in Pantura Area, West Java. Radio communities maganed by, for and about the community are rapidly developing among the farmers and fishermen, including in Pantura Area, West Java. The focus of the study is the formation of civil society by standing firmly on communicative actions of Jürgen Habermas. By using qualitative method with case study design, a finding would be produced that community radios implement participatory paradigm and manage community cohesion. We will discuss in details on: (1) initiators of the establishment of community radio, (2) forms of community participation, (3) the financing source of community radio, and (4) the construction of civil society through community radio. This article also covers about how the people see the world of life, that there is social transformation through emancipatordialogs, which then produce community’s selfconsciousness as individuals and community members in demanding a domination-free communication process. This reality creates the origination of civil society.
Abstract. A customer service must quickly understand customer desires and are required to be able to communicate in clear and easy to understand language. Good, satisfying and maximum service provided by Customer Service greatly affects the satisfaction of the customer concerned. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction of PT. Indosat Ooredoo in Bandung City. The method used in this research is a survey, this type of research includes correlational research. The population in this study is Indosat Ooredoo customers in Bandung. The sampling technique used was probability sampling with a simple random technique. The research sample was 400 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire/questionnaire, interviews and documentation. Data analysis technique using simple linear regression. The results showed that there was a relationship between the physical appearance of employees and customer satisfaction of PT. Indosat Oredoo in Bandung, there is a relationship between the ability to be empathetic employees with customer satisfaction PT. Indosat Oredoo in Bandung, there is a relationship between the ability to provide services with customer satisfaction PT. Indosat Oredoo in Bandung, there is a relationship between the ability of employees to respond to customers with customer satisfaction PT. Indosat Oredoo in Bandung, there is a relationship between the ability of employees to grow trust with customer satisfaction PT. Indosat Oredoo in Bandung City. Abstrak. Seorang customer service harus cepat memahami keinginan pelanggan dan dituntut dapat berkomunikasi dengan bahasa yang jelas dan mudah dimengerti. Pelayanan yang baik, memuaskan dan maksimal yang diberikan oleh Customer Service sangat berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan yang bersangkutan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan dengan kepuasan pelanggan PT. Indosat Ooredoo di Kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei, jenis penelitian ini termasuk penelitian korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan Indosat Ooredoo di Kota Bandung. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan probability sampling dengan teknik simple random. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 385 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket/kuesioner, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat hubungan antara penampilan fisik karyawan dengan kepuasan pelanggan PT. Indosat Oredoo di Kota Bandung, terdapat hubungan antara kemmapuan bersikap empati karyawan dengan kepuasan pelanggan PT. Indosat Oredoo di Kota Bandung, terdapat hubungan antara kemampuan memberikan pelayanan dengan kepuasan pelanggan PT. Indosat Oredoo di Kota Bandung, terdapat hubungan antara kemampuan karyawan merespon pelanggan dengan kepuasan pelanggan PT. Indosat Oredoo di Kota Bandung, terdapat hubungan antara kemampuan karyawan menumbuhkan kepercayaan dengan kepuasan pelanggan PT. Indosat Oredoo di Kota Bandung.
Indonesia is a country that is prone to disasters. To this relation, the government has created the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) and the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) in almost all provinces. However, the magnitude of the potential for disaster causes the government to feel the need for community support in disaster mitigation efforts. Community participation is absolutely necessary. It is in this context that the emergence of the community, in this case, the Garda Caah, is important. With the motto "Hope for the best, prepare for the worst," this community tries to help residents in flood prevention efforts and minimize the impact of flooding by providing immediate and continuous information. The aspect of managing communication and information is the most important part of this community. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The data collection techniques were carried out by interview, focus group discussion, and observation. There are two main results of this study namely (1) self-management of flood disaster anticipation based on the learning process, empowerment and volunteer activities, (2) the transition of traditional information systems that are modest to a new information system that is based on technology. Currently, social media is used by entrepreneurs to do business, the goal is to ex-pand sales so that many consumers know that they can buy their products by utilizing social media as a marketing platform. One of the product promotion activities to attract the attention of consumers is on Instagram @Beautysoul.bdg. beautysoul.bdg creates promotional content to attract consumers and how the strategy is carried out by beautysoul.bdg. The focus of this research is the strategy of managing social media promotional content @Beautysoul.bdg. The purpose of this study is to find out how Beautysoul.bdg's activities are in creating Instagram social media content and find out why Beautysoul.bdg chooses Instagram social media. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The results of this research are the stages applied by beautysoul.bdg in creating a promotional content strategy in order to attract the attention of consumers. Beautysoul.bdg chooses in-stagram as a promotional content management strategy, namely utilizing the fea-tures on Instagram and also building a company for the interest in detox tea products as well as a place for interaction between Beautysoul.bdg and consumers and then sharing educational and informative content is easy too make it easier to access and reach out and disseminate information and content created by Beau-tysoul.bdg to build awwarnes or trust from Beautysoul.bdg with consumers.
