One of the major costs incurred by the company is the cost to maintain its human resources. These costs consist of recruitment costs and employee training costs. To reduce these costs, companies need to reduce turnover intention in their companies. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of leadership and job rotation on employee turnover intention. This survey used multiple linear regression and SPSS 26 analyzed data from 79 respondents whose sample was determined using the census method. The results of this study found that turnover intention is partially significantly influenced by leadership. This result is followed by another variable, namely job rotation which partially also has a role in turnover intention. The two variables studied simultaneously play a significant and significant role on turnover intention
In practice, HR management will study cases related to humans. One of the cases studied is employee job satisfaction. In addition, employee job satisfaction is considered useful, because it can affect the running of the organization as a whole. Many factors can affect employee job satisfaction. The work environment, organizational fairness, and organizational culture influence employee job satisfaction scores. The survey was assisted with the aim of understanding the role of working environment, organizational fairness, and organizational culture in shaping employee satisfaction. This study was orderly at a company in Jombang City, East Java. The sampling method was carried out by the census method, namely all of the company's employees, totaling 120 employees. The data obtained were processed using SPSS with multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the work environment had a compelling impact on employee job satisfaction. There are organizational justice plays a role in job satisfaction. This research also present that organizational culture has a compelling influence on job satisfaction. The three variables, namely the work environment, organizational justice, and organizational culture have a significant role in job satisfaction simultaneously
Peningkatan perekonomian masyarakat merupakan salah satu cara agar masyarakat indonesia dapat menurunkan resiko stunting atau terbebas dari stunting. Namun kurang pemahaman tentang peningkatan perekonomian masyarakat, maka perlunya sosislisai dan pendampingan untuk hal ini. Metode pendampingan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah melalui sosialisasi, observasi, wawancara dan diskusi pada Ibu – ibu di Desa Mojoranu yang masih mempunyai anak di usia pertumbuhan, rata – rata di usia 2 sampai 4 tahun. Salah satu cara tersebut adalah mebuat peluang usaha terutama produk untuk kesehatan yang dapat menurunkan stunting pada anak seperti puding modisco. Sosialisasi ini juga mencakup marketing mix dan cara memasarkan produk puding modisco tersebut. Pentingnya hasil sosialisasi peningkatan perekonomian dihasilkan dari pendampingan ini akan digunakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pokok terutama gizi anak yang dibutuhkan. agar dapat menrunkan angka resiko stunting.
