This article aims to develop learning methods to establish the character of students as learners. Learning method developed is deep learning to establish the character of students as learners. This research method used document study based on research results and literature review. Deep learning is a learning that leverages the power of new partnerships to engage students in practicing the learning process through discovering and mastering existing knowledge and then creating and using new knowledge in the world so that the outcomes of deep learning seek to increase students' understanding of their strengths and weaknesses, data collection regarding student profile information and trust value building among members of student learning groups. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk mengembangkan metode pembelajaran mendalam untuk membentuk karakter siswa sebagai pembelajar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah studi dokumen berbasis hasil penelitian dan kajian literatur. Pembelajaran mendalam merupakan pembelajaran yang memanfaatkan kekuatan kemitraan baru untuk melibatkan para siswa dalam mempraktekkan proses pembelajaran melalui menemukan dan menguasai pengetahuan yang ada dan kemudian menciptakan serta menggunakan pengetahuan baru di dunia sehingga hasil dari pembelajaran mendalam berupaya pada peningkatan pemahaman siswa tentang kelebihan dan kelemahannya, pengumpulan data mengenai informasi profil siswa dan pembangunan nilai kepercayaan diantara anggota kelompok belajar siswa.
A career developed through the optimization of one's potentials will irrevocably play a role in the development of self-identity as well as the psychological well-being of the individual. When children are introduced and allowed to explore as many career options as possible during their developmental stage, they are more likely to have a fruitful career development in the future. The preceding study showed that the career interests and knowledge of lower-grade primary students fit the Holland Career Categories: realistic, investigative, artistic, social, enterprising, and conventional (RIASEC). It was also found that the students' career interest and knowledge levels varied, with most in the low level. This second-year study aims to expand the results of the previous study by developing the use of Quartet cards as the media of career exploration for lowergrade primary students. By using the research and development method, this study develops Quartet Career Cards into three difficulty levels: low, medium, and high. The Quartet cards media have undergone feasibility tests conducted by experts in theory and media, as well as a series of field testing consisting of preliminary, main, and operational stages among a total of 266 primary students of grades 1, 2, and 3. A revision was made on several components including the images, information, colors, font sizes, illustration styles, and card sizes. The findings show that Quartet Career Cards meet the feasibility standards for the media of career exploration.
Upaya pencegahan Agar anak terhindar dari bentuk kekerasan seperti diatas perlu adanya pengawasan dari orang tua, dan perlu diadakannya langkah-langkah sebagai berikut jangan sering mengabaikan anak, tanamkan sejak dini pendidikan agama pada anak, Sesekali bicaralah secara terbuka pada anak dan berikan dorongan pada anak agar bicara apa adanya/berterus terang, Ajarkan kepada anak untuk bersikap waspada seperti jangan terima ajakan orang yang kurang dikenal, perlindungan Hukum terhadap anak penyandang disabilitas yaitu telah diatur di dalam Pasal 76A UU No. 23 Tahun 2002 sebagaimana telah diubah oleh UU No. 35 tahun 2014 tentang perlindungan anak yang terdapat dalam Pasal 76 A. Aparat penegak hukum bersama dengan masyarakat Lampung mulai meningkatkan jiwa sosial yang tinggi dan peka terhadap hal-hal yang terjadi dilingkungannya. Penegak hukum, mulai dari tingkat penyidikan kepolisian, sampai pada proses persidangan dalam memberikan perlindungan terhadap anak korban tindak kekerasan dalam rumah tangga harus meningkatkan koordinasi dalam rangka pemenuhan hak-hak korban untuk dilindungi. Karena perlindungan terhadap anak korban penelantaran dan atau anak korban kekerasan adalah kewajiban bersama.
The purpose of this study was to analyze and find formulations of change leadership practices in Islamic schools at SD Khadijah Surabaya and SD Muhammadiyah 1 Sidoarjo in responding to educational demands and changes. Using a qualitative approach to the type of multi-case study, data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis through a single case to multi-case findings with an interactive model through data reduction, presentation and conclusion. Data validations used member check, source and method triangulation. The research findings showed that the practice of Islamic school principal leadership was carried out through strengthening the school's vision and mission by making organizational values the school's goals, seeing change as a challenge by making changes to aspects of the curriculum, and collaborating with educational institutions at the national, regional and international levels
