<span lang="EN-ID">The result of a turning process is strongly influenced by the process parameters that could result in the product to be unacceptable. The cutting parameters may be determined according to the material hardness and roughness of the workpiece surface. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the effects of cutting speed and feed rate on surface roughness and vibration. In Taguchi method, the number of experiments is reduced by orthogonal arrays while the effects of uncontrollable factors are also also reduced. The Taguchi method is used to reduce track, experimental time and production cost. Simple and precise are the most benefits of this method. Unstable vibrations in machining operations, known as chats, can cause damage to tools, workpieces, and machine tools. Cutting force is found to be the most dominant factor affecting surface roughness.</span>
In an effort to meet customer needs on supplying electricity in the industrial era 5.0, it needs to have good services which keep growing up and be innovative. One of them is running a premium service which guarantees better quality of service than that of the regular. This research will discuss all of the obstacles that can disrupt the continuity of electricity supply to the customer with premium services, starting from the disruptions at the supply side until at the installation owned by the customer. From the analysis result, ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch) failed several times on working so that caused a black out at the customer side which it should be avoided. Therefore, it is necessary to make some adjustments on setting and wiring to some problems which may arise so that the potential disruption of the ATS or equipment failure can be suppressed. This research aims to minimize and even eliminate ATS performance failures due to system disturbances by implementing rewiring, adding a permissive interlocking system and adding a PLC with a time delay setting.
Altman Z-Score is one of three bankruptcy prediction methods. This study aims to determine whether this manufacturing company is experiencing bankruptcy. The bankruptcy prediction method used in this research is the Altman Z-Score method which is equipped with a cut-off point to determine the bankruptcy classification. Altman used five financial ratios that cater for companies to go public Working Capital to Total Assets (X1), Retained Earnings to Total Assets(X2), Earnings Before Interest and Taxes to Total Assets(X3), and Total Equity to Total Assets (X4). This research was conducted on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The results of calculations based on the Altman Z-Score Modification method from the 2020 - 2021 quarter period show that PT. Krakatau Steel Tbk is in an unhealthy condition or bankrupt because the average Z-Score value is below 1 or Z<1 which means PT. Krakatau Steel is experiencing unhealthy finances. And the company's financial condition was not good or went bankrupt, resulting from the level of solvency that was not maximized, while other problems were caused by companies that could not manage capital properly.
The purpose this study was to describe (1) the effect of LMX (Leader Member Exchange) and motivation on OCB (Organization Citizenship Behavior) at PT. Bank Central Asia Kantor Cabang Utama Yogyakarta. The population 185 employess as the sample. Data colletion using questionare with probaility sampling with accidental sampling method. This study used multiple regresion analys by the F-test and T-test.The result showed: (1) there is positive and significant correlation between LMX (Leader Member Exchange) and OCB (Organization Citizenship Behavior) the result of regression are β=0.121 and sig. 0.020 (0.020<0,05), (2) there is positive and significant correlation between motivation and OCB (Organization Citizenship Behavior) with β=1.254 sig. 0.000 (0,000<0.05). Value of coefficient determination (R2) is equal to 0.475 or 47,5% mean OCB variable influenced by LMX (Leader Member Exchange) and motivation the different are influenced by another factor.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
