The present research investigates an important problem in the human history in general and in the legislative history in particular: ratiocination and its purpose in text construct. Ratiocination is a to-convince tool used to interpret religious or social phenomena. In other words, it helps the reader to become hopeful and confident, where the more he perceives the relationships in a text (i.e. causes and effects, and precedents and results), the abler he will be to interact with an epistle. Accordingly, the Islamic legislation, while considering targets’ circumstances, have ratiocinated many of its judgements. The Qur’an is the primary source of the holy Sharia and there are clear-cut occasions where it ratiocinated the judgements to convince the readers. In this research, we investigate the purpose of ratiocination and its role in and impact on text construct from the viewpoint of a jurist-syntactician, given that this person has a deep understanding of the analysis and ratiocination of the Qur’anic provisions. We aim to achieve the purpose of the study by shedding light on the interpretation of this commentator from the Qur’an, in an attempt to uncover the methodological tools that he relied on in ratiocinating the text. The purpose of this research is to explain the impact of the Holy Quran in the poetry of the poet Muhammad al-Thubaiti, by following the verses that contain the Qur'anic context, and then analyzing them to extract the mechanisms of harmony that appeared in his poetry. And a statement of the technical and semantic value of the poet's evocation of the Qur'anic text. It is considered an important technical technique of the modern poetic text, and poets have competed in employing it in their poetic texts in different ways and in different kinds because of its role in providing the text with the totality of the poetic text and its role in killing the spirit of directness and rhetoric In the poetic text, and wrap around the idea of textual aesthetic deviation, in addition to the ability to evade the burden of the idea and its prey, and to place the consequences on the first person who was intersected with him through the match. One of the most prominent forms of harmony that emerged in the poetry of modern poets’ Quranic interrelationship, as the Quran has always been an important extension of the tributaries from which the poets derived their images and words and meanings, including Mohammed al-Thubaiti, a Saudi poet.
Contemplation of Estrangement Features is the title of one of the story series by the Jordanian story writer, Teriz Haddad.[1] This study aims to critically and analytically survey this series according to the semiotic principles, in an attempt to uncover the main narrative elements, aesthetic features, and the ideological, social, artistic and aesthetic contents of the series. This story series is important because it is one of the relatively early models of feminist literature in general and of short stories in Jordan in particular. In addition, this series is written by a Jordanian story writer whose works have not been criticized and studied sufficiently. This is probably because I made an attempt to search for a critical report or study of this story series, but I found nothing. The study consists of an introduction and three parts. The first part deals with the series’ title as a “paratext” helping to convey the meaning of the series and sketch it out. The second part, however, gives a general look at the series’ stories, where their summaries and paramount occurrences and ideas as well as their paramount techniques are presented. Finally, the last part came to deal, in some detail, with the story Leave Me Alone. This story has been analyzed and its most important artistic elements have been studied. Such elements include: The narrator, language, place, time and impression integrity. In the conclusion of the study, the most important results of the research have been incorporated.
