Kemajuan teknologi adalah sesuatu yang tidak bisa dihindari dalam kehidupan saat ini, karena kemajuan teknologi akan berjalan sesuai dengan kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan. Setiap inovasi diciptakan untuk memberikan manfaat positif, memberikan banyak kemudahan, serta sebagai cara baru dalam melakukan aktifitas bagi kehidupan manusia. Khusus dalam bidang teknologi masyarakat sudah menikmati banyak manfaat yang dibawa oleh inovasi-inovasi yang telah dihasilkan dalam dekade terakhir ini. Manfaat internet semakin sangat terasa bagi para pemakainya yang tidak bisa lepas dari dunia internet ini. Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika (Kemkominfo) menyatakan, pengguna internet di Indonesia hingga saat ini telah mencapai 82 juta orang. Dengan capaian tersebut, Indonesia berada pada peringkat ke-8 di dunia (Kominfo, 2013). Perkembangan teknologi sekarang ini telah banyak menunjukkan kemajuan yang luar biasa. Banyak hal dari sektor kehidupan yang telah menggunakan keberadaan dari teknologi itu sendiri. Kehadirannya telah memberikan dampak yang cukup besar terhadap kehidupan umat manusia dalam berbagai aspek dan dimensi. Demikian halnya dengan teknologi komunikasi yang merupakan peralatan perangkat keras dalam struktur organisasi yang mengandung nilai sosial yang memungkinkan individu untuk mengumpulkan, memproses dan saling tukar informasi
Secara geografis Desa Kepuhdoko Kecamatan Tembelang Kabupaten Jombang terdiri dari 5 Dusun yaitu Dusun Kepuh, Dusun Semaden Dusun Doko, Dusun Kepuhgisik, dan Dusun Sumberejo Untuk batas sebelah utara Desa adalah sungai berantas, batas sebelah selatan Desa Pulogedang, batas sebelah timur Desa Gumulan ( Kecamatan Kesamben), sedangkan batas sebelah barat Desa Pulogedang. Luas wilayah Desa Kepuhdoko adalah 193 Ha dengan luas tanah pemukiman penduduk 45 Ha, luas tanah sawah 79 Ha dan luas tanah tegal 69 Ha. Dengan area lahan pertanian yang cukup luas sektor pertanian menjadi basis perekonomian masyarakat Desa Kepuhdoko sehingga banyak sekali permasalahan yang ada dalam sektor pertanian di Desa Kepuhdoko salah satunya adalah mahalnya harga pupuk non subsidi serta langkanya pupuk yang bersubsidi. Dari permasalahan tersebut kami memberikan solusi dengan membuat MOL dan pupuk organik sebagai alternatif untuk mengatasi masalah kelangkaan pupuk dan mahalnya harga pupuk. Petani Desa Kepuhdoko mengeluhkan harga pupuk non subsidi yang semakin mahal dan langnkanya pupuk yang bersubsidi sehingga berpengaruh pada hasil produksi pertanian di Desa Kepuhdoko, oleh karena itu kami mecoba memberikan solusi dengan memberdayakan petani Desa Kepuhdoko untuk membuat MOL dan pupuk organik agar petani bisa membuat pupuk organik sendiri dengan memanfaatkan bahan - bahan yang ada di lingkungan sekitar. Dengan demikian petani Desa Kepuhdoko lebih kreatif dan mandiri tidak selalu mengandalkan suplai pupuk dari pemerintah selain itu petani akan lebih hemat dari biaya operasional dan hasil produksi yang tak kalah memuaskan.
This research uses descriptive research, namely research that seeks to describe a symptom, an event, an event that is happening now. Through descriptive research, the researcher tries to describe the events and incidents that are the center of attention without giving special treatment to these events. Data collection was done by observing, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that : 1) There is a challenge for Islamic Education teachers in improving the morals of students. 2) Supporting factors of optimizing Islamic Education learning and inhibiting factors from optimizing islamic education learning. 3) and the last of the results of this study is the solution to the problems faced by islamic education teachers regarding the challenges of improving students morals, namely by improving the quality of themselves for teachers both in terms of teaching and in matters relating to teacher personality. Improve teacher professionalism by participating in programs related to teacher competence.
Since the implementation of the online learning system, not a few students find it very difficult to learn. In addition, the level of student enthusiasm for learning is decreasing and even disappearing. This is in accordance with the explanation of one of the guardians of students in Kepuhdoko Village. He explained that today's students prefer to hold gadgets rather than holding books. After the pandemic period has begun to recede, the government has a policy that schools can conduct offline learning but with a shortened learning period or can be called Limited Face-to-face Learning (PTMT). This applies as a result of the ongoing pandemic. This learning system also applies in Kepuhdoko village. In this case, our focus in this activity is students from the hamlets of Kepuh and Semaden at the SD/MI level. The education system in these two hamlets also follows the rules of the Ministry of Education and Culture, which is to apply limited face-to-face learning. However, it is undeniable that students need a process to restore feelings of pleasure or enthusiasm to learn directly with educators. Limited face-to-face learning (PTMT) is a transitional learning scheme, where students will take online and offline (face-to-face) courses before fully switching to a 100% offline learning scheme with several conditions and following health protocols. In the village of Kepuhdoko, there are 2 basic education institutions, namely MIS Darul Ulum Kepuhdoko and SDN Kepuhdoko. At MIS Darul Ulum Kepuhdoko teaching and learning activities use a collaborative system between the face-to-face learning system and the online learning system.
This study aims to determine the effectiveness and strategy of the Aqidah Akhlak subject teachers in the new normal era during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used by researchers in this case is qualitative descriptive analysis. The subjects of this study were informants who provided data through interviews and cakevisioner questions. The informants in this study were the Deputy Chief of the MA Curriculum, KH. Abd Wahab Hasbulloh Tambak Rice and teachers of aqidah morals as well as kuevisioner questions given to students. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis. This research results that learning has been very effective so far and the teacher's strategy in providing learning has gone well even though the pandemic situation is still ongoing both face-to-face and by distance learning. For distance learning, Madrasahs use Elma (Madrasah elrning) and also use the Google Meet platform application in the delivery of subject matter and the use of the WhatsApp platform as communication in learning. In face-to-face learning, Madrasahs divide students into day shifts and reduce face-to-face lessons and always apply health protocols while in Madrasah.
