The total potential for zakat profession is IDR. 139.07 trillion, or 59.5 percent of Rp's total national zakat potential. 233.8 trillion. Meanwhile, the realization only reached IDR. 3.9 trillion or 2.8%. This study aims to analyze the zakat profession from the sharia and regulatory dimensions. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and literature study. The research data was obtained by collecting and reviewing previous research results that were relevant to the theme. The results showed that zakat profession from the sharia dimension is obliged to follow the text of the Alquran and the fatwas of the ulama to meet the ‘nisab’ limit. Meanwhile, on the regulatory side, professional zakat is comprehensive. It is indicated by the presence of regulations at the macro, meso, and micro levels. Thus, professional zakat has strong legitimacy and can encourage optimizing the collection and distribution of zakat.
Terrorist Deradicalization is advancing subject of scientific study that lacks universally accepted definition. It is presently understood as efforts that attempt transform attitudes and behaviors of former terrorists so they reject violence as a tool to achieve ideological, religious or political goals that threaten national security and life or cause political and economic instability. Saudi Arabia Yemen and Malaysiahave deradicalization programs called Al-Ha’ir, Al-Hitar and Pemulihan, respectively, that are based on re-education and rehabilitation. Re-education components focus on correcting political and religious misconceptions, and rehabilitation provides a thoroughgoing monitoring system after inmate release. Government sponsored de-radicalization modules are designed to rehabilitate detained militants by addressing personality flaws and providing carefully structured reconstructive efforts. The authors describe methods used, which include modular themes such as holistic personality, self-reflection, social skills, criminal behavior, spirituality, Islamic consideration, security and psychology.
The success of asnaf entrepreneurs is a form of accountability of the zakat institution entity to strategic stakeholders, which in turn is accountable to Allah SWT. However, determining the success of these entrepreneurs is a problem. Therefore, this study aims to identify and describe the success factors of asnaf entrepreneurs. Charting the Field method to sort articles by topic, discussion, year, and the source was used in this study. Meanwhile, data was obtained from a literature review of various sources, including reference journals for 2016-2020. This study produces a conceptual framework regarding the success factors of asnaf entrepreneurs, namely: motivation, competency, and productive zakat. From the results, 5 aspects in the success of asnaf entrepreneurs were identified, namely, financial performance, non-financial performance, life-improvement, rich materially, and rich spiritually. Also, the success of these entrepreneurs has positively impacted the good governance of zakat and transformed them from mustahiq to munfiq and eventually muzaki. This study enriches previous limited studies on asnaf entrepreneurs and contributes to academic development, entrepreneurial asnaf, poverty alleviation, and good zakat disbursement.
