In carrying out their duties and responsibilities, they are always faced with various factors, such as differences in opinion from each and functional duties. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The data sources in this study were the Head of the Madrasah and one educator of MTs Nur El-Ehsan Katibung South Lampung. Checking the validity of the data is done by triangulating the technique, namely as a data validity tester by checking the data on the same source but with different techniques. From the results of the study, it was found that the implementation of conflict management to solve any problems that occur at MTs Nur El-Ehsan Katibung South Lampung, has been running. This can be seen from the results of the observation activities that the authors carried out in the study, namely from the three indicators including planning, implementation, and evaluation. However, the three indicators have not run optimally because the implementation of conflict management at MTs Nur El-Ehsan Katibung South Lampung has not been carried out effectively and efficiently
<p class="05Abstrak"><span lang="EN-US">East Lampung has been known as one of the Muslim bases in the Lampung Province. However, problems faced by Muslims in this region are quite complicated. Some of these issues are demoralization and the highly rate of criminalization. This study aims to describe and analyse the models of </span><span lang="IN">Islamic syiar </span><span lang="EN-US">approach applied by the religious counsellors in East Lampung. This research uses the descriptive qualitative method. The data is collected through in-depth interviews with the informants who have direct relation to the religious counselling activities. Besides, the direct observation is involved in analysing the activities of religious counsellors in doing their Islamic syiar. Moreover, surfing related documents to obtain relevant data with religious counselling activities such as rules, policies, and provisions is also entangled. Based on the conducted research, the religious counsellors in East Lampung use three approaches in performing their syiar in their community. They are the socio-cultural approach, the psychological approach and the political approach.</span></p>
Mohammad Natsir is a figure of social change in strategic proselytizing thinking with its theory in its implementation. From this perspective, the thought of Mohammad Natsir finds his willingness to be appointed and analyzed. The method used is a descriptive analysis, and the data for writing this article is relevant literature. The study results found that in his proselytizing perspective, Mohammad Natsir's thoughts on the Concepts and Strategies of Social Change were: firstly, determining the purpose and function of da'wah is as shuhadā' 'alā al-nās, being a pioneer and overseer for the ummah of man and delivering man to the ultimate purpose of life, which is to worship God. Secondly, prepare a good da'wah or agent of social change to achieve perfection in da'wah's purpose. Natsir explained that a da'i must master Tafaqquh fī al-Dīn and Tafaqquh fī al-Nās. Thirdly, wisdom is the most excellent proselytizing method applied among other methods. According to Natsir, wisdom is more than mere science. It is nutritional science that has been digested and blends with a sense of check to become a driving force to make social change.
Penelitian ini mencoba mengeksplorasi strategi dan implementasi komunikasi dakwah persuasif pada komunitas punk hijrah di Kota Bandar Lampung. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaku hijrah, pendiri komunitas punk hijrah, juga pengurus komunitas punk hijrah. Temuan penelitian mencerminkan bahwa gerakan komunitas punk hijrah mampu melahirkan sebuah gerakan sosial dengan basis keagamaan. Gerakan komunitas punk hijrah telah membangun identitas baru, yakni sebagai pemuda beragama yang mendekatkan diri pada Islam dan menjadi pribadi yang bermanfaat. Komunitas punk hijrah memiliki maksud menjadikan anak punk di Kota Bandarlampung agar mengenal Islam dengan tiga strategi pendekatan utama, yakni strategi psikodinamika yang melibatkan emosional dan faktor kognitif dalam mempersuasif. Strategi sosiokultural yang memanfaatkan faktor lingkungan yakni dengan hubungan pertemanan yang terjalin antara pengurus untuk berdakwah. Strategi konstruksi makna (meaning construction) lebih memfokuskan kepada memberikan pemahaman dengan memanipulasi pengertian tanpa harus merubah makna, tujuanya adalah untuk menyederhanakan dalam menyampaikan pesan persuasifnya dengan analogi yang dapat dimengerti.
