Pasal 71 ayat (2) Undang-Undang Nomor 10 Tahun 2016 tentang Perubahan Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2015 tentang Penetapan Peraturan Pemerintah Pengganti Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2014 tentang Pemilihan Gubernur Bupati dan Walikota menjadi Undang-Undang yang mana Gubernur atau Wakil Gubernur, Bupati atau Wakil Bupati, dan Walikota atau Wakil Walikota dilarang melakukan penggantian pejabat 6 (enam) bulan sebelum tanggal penetapan pasangan calon sampai dengan akhir masa jabatan kecuali mendapat persetujuan tertulis dari Menteri. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pergantian yang dilakukan Gubernur terhadap Pejabat Eselon II Pemerintah Aceh dan mengetahui larangan pergantian pejabat oleh Undang-Undang No 10 Tahun 2016 telah membatasi jabatannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian hukum normatif (yuridis normatif) yakni penelitian yang difokuskan untuk mengkaji penerapan kaidah-kaidah atau norma-norma dalam hukum positif dengan pendekatan yang digunakan adalah Pendekatan Perundang-Undangan, Pendekatan Konseptual dan Pendekatan Kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kepala daerah (Gubernur atau Wakil Gubernur, Bupati atau Wakil Bupati, dan Walikota atau Wakil Walikota) dilarang melakukan penggantian pejabat 6 (enam) bulan sebelum tanggal penetapan pasangan calon sampai dengan akhir masa jabatan kecuali mendapat persetujuan tertulis dari Menteri.Article 71 verse (2) of the Act Number 10, 2016 on the change of the Act Number 1, 2015 on the Determination of the Replacement of Government Regulation Number 1, 2014 on the Election of Governor, Head of District and Mayor becomes the Act which is the Governor or vice governor, head of district, or vice of the head of district and major and vice of major is forbidden to replace the high rank official 6 (six) months before the date of its determination of the candidate couples till the end of the power except it has an approval written from the minister, This research aims to know the position changing of echelon II of Aceh Government and to know the ban on the official movement under the Act Number 10, 2016 has limited the power of the Governor that This is juridical normative legal research by focusing on the problems posed in this research, which are on exploring the implementation of the principles or norms in existing laws by applying statutory approach, and it applies conceptual approach by the implementation of conceptual approach. The research shows that the Head of Regions (Governor or vice Governor, Head of District of vice of the Head of District, Major or vice of Major) is forbidden to change high official ranks 6 (six) months before the date of the determination of candidate couple till the end of the power except it has a written approval from the Minister.
Law No. 12 of 1995 article 14 (1) concerning correction which in Letter (d) states that prisioners receive healt services and proper food. Inadequate health services are one of the impacts that can be felt by the inmates of the class II B Takengon Prison, which affect prisoners’ health. In this study, the author discussed the way on how prosiners’ health has been implemented in class II B Takengon prison. This study used an empirical legal research method which tried to explain fact in the field through interviews or direct observation. This study aimed to find out how the implementations of health services for inmates in Class II B Takengon Prison. The result showed that the implementation of health services for the inmates in the Class II B Takengon Prison is not optimal due to the lack of healthcare workers such as dentists and slow process of fund disbursement which affects the limitation of medicine availability as well as inadequate health facilities. It can be concluded that the implementation of health services for inmates in the Class II B Takengon is not optimal and the facilities is inadequate. The researcher suggests that Takengon prison should improve health services and add more health facilities.
The covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia has made major changes to the learning process in higher education. Learning that is usually done face-to-face has turned into online learning to prevent the spread of the covid-19 virus. Learning outcomes are one aspect that needs to be considered because of this transition in learning methods and the learning media. The research objective is to determine how student learning outcomes during online learning, what learning media are most widely used, and which learning media have the best learning outcomes. The research method used is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The research was conducted at IAIN Takengon, involving 40 courses that were conducted online. The results showed that student learning outcomes were in good categories with an average score of 83.25 when used as letters; student learning outcomes were category B. Based on student performance, it was seen that online learning did not make learning outcomes low. WhatsApp is the most widely used learning media for online learning and has the best learning outcomes is WhatsApp. Based on a large number of WhatsApp uses as an online learning media with good learning outcomes, it can be recommended to use WhatsApp in online learning.

Tujuan untuk mengetahui peran pemerintah desa dalam pengelolaan dana desa Hakim Bale Bujang dan faktor penghambatnya, Penelitian hukum empiris ini menggambarkan pengelolaan dana desa pada kawasan wisata Bur Telege. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan Pemerintah Desa Hakim Bale Bujang belum maksimal, dalam meningkatkan pendapatan asli desa, Kesimpulan belum adanya SDM yang memadai dan dana desa terus diberikan tanpa ada transparansi yang jelas, Saran agar pemerintah desa Hakim Bale Bujang menyiapkan SDM yang kompeten dalam bidangnya dan harus lebih transparan dalam pengelolaan dana desa dengan melibatkan partisipasi masyarakat.
