The golden period is an extremely critical period or moment in the children’s life cycle. The golden period on children is an important and critical period where children’s brain and intelligence developing rapidly. The golden period for children lasted during the age of 0-3 years. The purpose of this research is to optimize the golden age period for toddlers. One of the activities is providing information and knowledge about how to optimize children’s intelligence in the golden age era by stimulating the right brain. The result of this study is to create a high-quality generation by preparing the mothers who can stimulate and optimize the development of children during the golden age period so that toddlers can achieve optimal development during the age of 0-3 years old.
Introduction: The problem of malnutrition is one of the problems that often becomes a controversy in the territory of Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to analyze the Nutrition Recovery Park (NRP) program on the nutritional status of children in Jatiwates, Jombang. Method: This study used an observational analytic method with a retrospective cohort study design. The population in this study were all mothers of children under five who had malnourished toddlers in the work area of ??Jatiwates Health Center with 36 respondents. The sampling technique uses total sampling. Data analysis using chi square statistical test, followed by logistic regression test. Results: The results of the statistical test showed a significant relationship between the behavior of mothers towards the nutritional status of children while the knowledge and attitudes of mothers were not significantly related to nutritional status. Conclusion: The NRP program is also very helpful for mothers in improving the nutritional status of children, in NRP mothers will better understand the nutritional needs of children, and how to process food properly and correctly, which indirectly the mother's actions will continue the NRP program at home
Development has successive stages starting from ability to do perfect things and each individual has a different pace of development. The acceleration and deceleration process can be influenced by several factors, namely hereditary factors, environment, nutrition, and others. This study used a correlation design with a cross sectional approach. The population is all stunting toddlers aged 1-5 years in Denanyar Village, Jombang Regency, with a simple random sampling technique obtained a sample of 30 respondents. Data were collected using Length/Age and KPSP observations and then analyzed using the Spearman Rank test. The results showed that most of the nutritional status of toddlers was normal nutrition as many as 18 respondents (60%). Most of the development of toddlers is according to their age as many as 25 respondents (83.3%). Based on the results of statistical tests obtained p value < α and contingency coefficient of 0.546 so it can be concluded that there is a strong relationship between nutritional status and the development of toddlers aged 1-5 years. From the results of this study it can be concluded that nutritional status will affect the development of toddlers. Background: Weak learning process is one of the problems that in the world of education today. The quality of health personnel graduates is determined by the learner team in the education process, so it is necessary to improve the quality of teaching the midwifery diploma program. Objective: The purpose of this study is to improve the motivation of midwifery diploma program in the subject of antenatal care. Methods: This type of research is quantitative qualitative research with classroom action research design. The population is the second semester students of the Diploma Program of Midwifery. Instrument is motivation questionnaire, field observation, sheet covering lecturer activity, student activity and application of flipped classroom. The results of motivational questionnaires were tested by paired comparative of Wilcoxon test, hypothesis is accepted if p <0.05. Results: The results showed that there are significant differences between motivation before and after implementation of Flipped Classroom also showed a significant difference with p = .000. Conclusion: Implementation of Flipped Classroom increase attention and confidence of the students on the antenatal care this case it shows students' learning motivation also increases. Increased motivation is expected to improve the achievement of students.
The number of cases of breast cancer in the world ranks second only to cervical cancer, breast cancer in addition to be one of the major killer of women in the world and the tendency of increase in cases in the world or in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the use of hormonal contraception with the incidence of breast cancer in the surgical hospital poly Jombang. This study uses a method of analysis with case control design. The case group was women with breast cancer in Poly Surgical Hospital Jombang and control group was women who did not have breast cancer in Poly Surgical Hospital Jombang, where each - each sample was 31 respondents. Odds Ratio value is calculated using a 2 x 2 table and the p-value using chi square test using SPSS. There were 31 respondents 31 respondents case and control groups in this study. Having calculated by multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that there was no significant association between the use of hormonal contraception with the incidence of breast cancer in Jombang Poly Surgical Hospital, which is characterized by the value of p = 0.276 and the value of OR = 8.523 Incompatibility results of this study with previous research or theory that there is possible to have several possibilities. This can occur when women who use hormonal contraceptives maintain a healthy lifestyle, by maintaining the diet and activity by diligently exercising and minimizing the consumption of fatty foods, which in this study is supported by the nutritional status of women with breast cancer in part great rmempunyai normal nutritional status. However, if the user in the long term will also affect the incidence of breast cancer.
