This study aims to determine student learning outcomes at MI NW Pancor Kopong during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative to determine the extent of student learning outcomes. The population in this study were all students of MI NW Pancor Kopong, with the number of samples were Grade V. The results of this study were that the highest and lowest scores were obtained grouped according to the assessment criteria in schools, namely based on the value of the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) to determine student learning outcomes of class V MI NW Pancor Kopong. The minimum completeness criteria (KKM) averaged 60. Data on learning outcomes obtained by grade V MI NW Pancor Kopong even semester students of the 2019-2020 school year were successfully obtained from UAS scores of 20 students. Quantitatively, the highest score was 80 achieved by 3 students and the lowest total score was less than 60 which was achieved by 11 students and besides that, the score was moderate.
This study wants to reveal the factors of low student achievement, especially in mathematics. The factors of learning difficulties experienced by students of class V MI NW Pancor Kopong. Learning difficulties experienced by students result in underachievement in these subjects. The study was conducted to determine the factors of learning difficulties experienced by fifth grade students of MI NW Pancor Kopong. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The subject of the research was the fifth grade students who had difficulty learning, namely students who had KKM scores that did not meet the UAS. The data collected in the form of documentation data, and interviews. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires, documentation, and interviews. Data analysis to illustrate psychological factors of learning difficulties by calculating the percentage of questionnaire results in fifth grade students of MI NW Pancor Kopong. and Data analysis to determine the psychological factors of learning difficulties by recording the results of the interview.
This development aims to describe the steps to develop the learning media assisted by Adobe Flash CS6. This research is a type of research and development (R&D), the step are guided by the ADDIE model, namely: (1) Analysis, (2) Desgin, (3) Development, (4) Implementation, (5) Evaluation. The subjects of this study were 15 students of class IV MI NW Sukamulia. The instruments used to measure the feasibility of the learning media being developed is an assessment questionnaire by media experts and material experts, and to determine student responses usingastudent response questionnaires. Based on the results, the score of media experts is 74 and material experts is 46 with an average score of 60 wich is in the very good categorya o it is very feasible to be used as a learning media. While the student responses got score of 74 with the very good category, so it can be said that interactive learning media assisted by Adobe Flash CS6 is very feasible to use.Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan langkah pengembangan media pembelajaran Interaktif Berbantuan Adobe Flash CS6. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development), langkah-langkah penelitian ini berpedoman pada model ADDIE yaitu: (1) Analisis, (2) Desain, (3) Pengembangan, (4) Implementasi, (5) Evaluasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 15 orang siswa kelas IV MI NW Sukamulia. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur kelayakan Media Pembelajaran yang dikembangkan ini adalah angket penilaian oleh ahli media dan ahli materi, dan untuk mengetahui respon siswa menggunakan angket respon siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan skor dari ahli media sebesar 74 dan ahli materi sebesar 46 dengan skor rata-rata sebesar 60 yang berada pada kategori sangat baik sehingga sangat layak untuk digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran. Sedangkan respon siswa memperoleh hasil skorsebesar 74 dengan kategori sangat baik, sehingga dapat dikatakan media pembelajaran interaktif berbantuan Adobe Flash CS6 yang dikembangkan sangat layak untuk digunakan.
AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara mutu guru dengan kinerja guru, hubungan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru, hubungan status ekonomi (SE) guru dengan kinerja guru, dan hubungan bersama-sama antara mutu guru, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, dan SE guru dengan kinerja guru di Kecamatan Suralaga, Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan korelasional. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: (1) ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara mutu guru dengan kinerja guru, nilai koefisien r sebesar 0.446, koefisien r 2 sebesar 0.199, besar sumbangan sebesar 19.9 % dan p (signifikan) sebesar 0.000; (2) ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru, nilai koefisien R sebesar 0.569, koefisien R 2 sebesar 0.323, besar sumbangan 32.3% dan p (signifikan) sebesar 0.006; (3) ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara SE dengan kinerja guru, nilai koefisien r sebesar 0.214 sedangkan koefisien R 2 sebesar 0.046; besar sumbangan 4.6% dan nilai p (signifikan) sebesar 0.014; (4) ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara mutu guru, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan SE dengan kinerja guru, nilai korelasi R sebesar 0.769, koefisien r 2 sebesar 0.591, besar sumbangan 59.1% dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0.001, Kata Kunci : mutu, kepemimpinan, SE, dan kinerja 1) Abstract This study aims to determine the relationship between teachers' quality and teachers' performance, principals' leadership and teachers' performance; the relationship between teachers' ES and teachers' performance; and the relationship between teachers quality, principals' leadership and teachers' ES and the performance of the teachers in Suralaga District of East Lombok. The purpose of this research to examine the influence of the integrative learning model based on lesson study in reading comprehension ability for five grade students of SDN 3 Sakra. The type this research is a quasi-experimental research with a posttest only control design. The population in this study is all students of five grade in SDN 3 Sakra which consists of two classes. VA class as a control group and VB as an experiment group. The techniques of collecting data research in the form of observation and test. Analysis techniques data is used to examine the use of hypotheses with the formula t-test. The results of the research refer that the ability of reading comprehension with the integrative model based on the lesson study is higher than reading comprehension with the conventional method. This is evidenced by the t-test with a significance level of 5% obtained t accounted (8.889) > t table (1.697). The value of t accounted > t table shows that the ability of reading comprehension of the two groups differs significantly. Based on the value of t account, it can be concluded that learning by using an integrative model based on lesson study gives a positive influence for reading comprehension ability of grade V SDN 3 Sakra in the academic year 2018/2019.
