The main of this research was to developing clinical supervision model at headmaster of primary school in Gowa district. By developing clinical supervision model, the headmaster can get more benefits, they were in mastery competency, improving their abilities of understanding. This research was availabled of clinical supervision model. For getting this model the researcher used Research and Development (R&D) model by Borg, Gall, and Sukmadinata, where modified three steps, they were: (1) the preliminary study phase as needs and contents analysis, (2) the development stage as design, development, and evaluation, and (3) the stage of the product for effectiveness testing as semi sumative evaluation. The stage of research that will be carried out in this study was the premilinary study phase. To know that the headmasters needs of clinical supervision model throught out by validity and effectiveness, the data take from the headmasters primary school in Gowa district. The result showed that the needs to developing the clinical supervision model by the headmasters, namely: the category of planning stage was very important, the category of the observation phase was very important, and the category of the evaluation and feedback stages was very important, by the models, they can increase their professionalisms.
Abstract-The government of Indonesia has shown its commitment to implement information, communication and technology (ICT) based governance with the launching of 100Smart City Action by the Ministry of Communication and Informatics. As the nation's capital, Jakarta becomes example of ICT based governance. After implementing web based governance (e-government) in all level of its work units, the provincial government of Jakarta launched mobile phone applications (m-government). This paper reviews the development of e-government and m-government and its implementation in the provincial government of Jakarta. Interactions between actors involved in Jakarta's ICT based governance are studied and its institutional perspective reviewed. The paper questions how ICT based governance (both egovernment and m-government) has changed working attitude of government officials, how the presence of mobile phone applications (mobile apps) changes the way citizen and the government interact. We argue that e-government has enhanced the effectiveness of public administration and inter-governments program implementations. Moreover, we argue that citizen will use mobile application to interact with the government if it satisfies his/her sense of self identify, enable him/her to further pursue his/her own interest and if the respond from the government meet their expectation. In this research, we found that government should adapt to the changes of demographic condition of their citizen. In terms of government and citizen interaction, senior citizen and conservative community prefer traditional real life interaction (communication in person) while young citizen and more modern community prefer online interaction (communication through internet based channel). To maximize ICT based interaction between government and citizen, we argue that regular trainings on internet based mobile applications for elder citizens (who usually hold strategic positions and represent community in interaction with government) will guarantee the sustainable use of the application.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui inovasi pembelajaran yang dilakukan guru PAUD selama masa pandemi Covid-19, serta dampak pemanfaatan dan adaptasi aplikasi pembelajaran daring (APD) berdasarkan aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif-deskriptif. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berbasis platform google form dengan sampel sebanyak 369 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Inovasi Pembelajaran Daring (IPD) yang digunakan oleh guru PAUD cukup berkembang dengan baik. 30 variasi APD dan 4 variasi pembelajaran hybrid menjadi bentuk implementasinya. Praktik baik ini merupakan bentuk adaptasi teknologi dan informasi yang diharapkan berlanjut. Dampak penggunaan APD ini dalam hal pemanfaatan dan adaptasi APD meliputi aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik. Ternyata lebih banyak guru yang memiliki pengalaman menggunakan APD, bahkan yang tidak berpengalaman mengganggap APD yang digunakan tidak menyulitkan. Penggunaan APD tidak dianggap mendukung tumbuh kembang kognitif, sikap, maupun psikomotorik, meskipun APD dianggap mendukung kemampuan kognitif, perkembangan sikap, dan perkembangan psikomotorik.
The value of local wisdom contains the noble values of the nation's ancestors that can be used as capital to form a nation with good and strong character. Multicultural education must be provided in schools and educational environments that have equal opportunities regardless of race, ethnicity, language, religion, gender, cultural background, socio-cultural status, and sexual orientation. This study aims to analyses the application of Bugis cultural values in early childhood learning. The research was conducted through a qualitative approach to describe a phenomenon. Data collection was carried out in the form of interviews, observations and document studies through informants at the Kindergarten. The data analysis technique used in this research is interactive model analysis using triangulation to validate the data. The results showed that the multicultural learning curriculum consisted of multiple intelligences, universal values, gender equality, and local wisdom. The values of local wisdom of the Bugis community in early childhood learning are found to be values, namely sipakatau (mutualizing one another), sipakaraja (mutual respect), sipakalebbi (mutual honoring), sipakainge (reminding each other), sipatokkong (generating enthusiasm) and sipakatuwo (supporting each other). The value of local wisdom is integrated in the early childhood learning process.
his paper is the result of the Community Partnership Program (PKM) activity by presenting the use ofAcrylic Manipulative Aids (APMA) for learning fraction concepts for math teachers. The purpose of the activity isto maximize active learning activities in the classroom and use teaching aids in mathematics learning activities. Thetarget is for junior high school teachers in Bulukumba District where 21 people are involved in the activity. Theform of activities is training, while implementation information is fulfilled by providing worksheets andquestionnaires as response sheets for activities. The results of the training activities carried out received a positiveresponse. Not only is APMA considered feasible as a medium of learning or teaching aids, but it can also be used tohelp students overcome difficulties in learning the concept of fractions, fraction operations consisting of addition,subtraction, multiplication, and division. In addition, by convincing the teacher to respond that APMA can completethe explanations contained in mathematics textbooks. In other words, in addition to learning by using learningresources derived from books, APMA is also useful to supplement the provision of understanding to students in theclassroom.
