The Metaverse concept that uses Virtual Reality technology is a highly developed technology. We present an application from the metaverse concept using the Oculus Rift for a safety campaign with a safety training approach. This paper describes comprehensively the concept, design, development, and evaluation of the implementation of the metaverse towards the Government-Owned Corporation. The results of the evaluation involving 60 respondents prove that safety training has gotten very good results. The test also proves that the gender of the user does not affect the use of virtual reality in terms of functionality or usability (p > 0.05). Further results also prove that the application of metaverse can be applied to various age groups. This can be seen from the absence of significant differences in how well users handle the errors while operating virtual reality in the age range of 35 to 45 years (p = 0.04).
