ABSTRAK Penyakit kronis yang telah diderita selama bertahun-tahun dapat mengganggu pada semua aspek kehidupan penderitanya seperti masalah finansial, Karir, gangguan peran, termasuk masalah psikososial, akibatnya, penderita penyakit kronis seringkali juga mengalami stress kronis yang selanjutnya dapat memperburuk penyakit dan menurunkan kualitas hidup penderitanya. Di Desa Warisa didapatkan jumlah penderita penyakit kronis sebanyak 83 Orang hanya dari 3 jaga (lingkungan). Tujuan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan penderita penyakit kronis di Desa Warisa terkait manajemen stress melalui kegiatan pelatihan. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan memberikan penyuluhan terkait manajamen stress yang baik dilanjutkan dengan pelatihan manajemen stress dengan relaksasi napas dalam dan relaksasi otot progresif. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 29 peserta termasuk 2 kader dan dari hasil evaluasi didapatkan peningkatan pengetahuan peserta sebesar 22.4% yaitu sebelum penyuluhan (63%) dan setelah penyuluhan (85.4%). Dari hasil observasi juga didapatkan sebagian besar peserta mampu melakukan kembali gerakan latihan relaksasi otot progresif secara mandiri namun, ada 5 Peserta yang belum mampu melakukan gerakan latihan secara mandiri yang kemudian diberikan pendampingan lanjutan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar pembentukan program kesehatan jiwa di puskesmas khususnya terkait pelayanan psikososial bagi penderita penyakit kronis. Kata Kunci: Manajemen stress, Penyakit kronis, Relaksasi otot progresif ABSTRACT Chronic illness that has been suffered for years can interfere with all aspects of people with chronic illness such as financial problems, career, role performance, and psychosocial aspects. as a result, People who suffer from chronic diseases often experience chronic stress that worsens disease severity and reduces the quality of life. In Warisa Village, there were 83 people who were identified with chronic diseases from only 3 hamlets. The purpose of this Community Service was to increase the knowledge and ability of People with chronic disease in Warisa Village regarding stress management through training. This activity was carried out by delivering health education related to positive stress management followed by stress management training with deep breathing relaxation and Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR). This activity was attended by 29 participants including 2 Cadres and from the evaluation process, it was found that the participants' knowledge increased by 22.4% in which before counseling (63%) and after counseling (85.4%). From the observations, it was also found that most of the participants were able to perform PMR independently, however, there were 5 participants who had not been able to perform PMR independently and were then given further assistance. The results of this activity are expected to be the first step to developing mental health programs in Community Health Centers, especially related to psychosocial services for people with chronic diseases. The practice of insulin injection in people with Diabetes Mellitus must be carried out appropriately and obediently by the patient for optimal regulation of glycemic control, preventing complications, and improving quality of life. This study was conducted to identify the description of insulin injection adherence and insulin injection practice in individuals with type 2 diabetes mellitus. This study was a quantitative research design with a cross-sectional approach using a questionnaire distributed to 32 respondents. The research was held at Club Prolanis Manado. Descriptive data analysis was conducted to describe the research variables. The findings showed that 100% of the respondents adhered well to insulin injections (Auto compliance > 80%), most respondents do not prime to check insulin flow and expel air before injecting insulin (78.1%), most respondents rotate the injection locations (75%), most respondents do not experience lipodystrophy (87.5%), more than half of the respondents experienced pain (53.1%), most of the respondents did not experience insulin leakage (81.2%), more than half of the respondents pinched during injection (56.2%), most of the respondents waited 10 seconds before removing the needle (75%). Skills and adherence in injecting insulin must be improved through continuous education and evaluation to achieve optimal glycemic control.
: Hypertension is a disease that is not curable but it must always be controlled or controlled in order so that adherence is needed in taking medication in order to avoid complications that can lead to death. One of the factors that affect to medication adherence behavior is supporting factors. The purpose of this study was to determine the supporting factors related to medication adherence in hypertension patients at Tatelu Public Health Center, North Minahasa Regency. The research method used cross sectional approach. The respondents consisted of 71 people with sampling techniques using purposive sampling. Adherence to hypertension treatment was maesured usingModified Morisky Adherence Scale (MMAS). The results of this research using chi square statistic test at a significance level of 95% obtained that there is a relationship between affordability of access to health service with medication adherence (p = 0.012), there is no relationship beetwen health insurance participation with medication adherence (p = 0.805) and there is a relationship between the role of health workers with medication adherence (p = 0.032). The Conclusion of this study indicate that the supporting factors influence medication adherence where good supporting factors can increase medication adherence in hypertension patients. Suggestions for the health services are expected to maximize the level of service and can provide additional information for hypertension patients to be more obedient in taking medication.Keyword : hypertension, medication adherence,supporting factors.Abstrak : Hipertensi adalah penyakit yang tidak dapat disembuhkan tetapi harus selalu dikontrol atau dikendalikan, sehingga diperlukan kepatuhan dalam minum obat agar terhindar dari komplikasi yang dapat berujung pada kematian. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku kepatuhan minum obat yaitu faktor pendukung. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan minum obat pada penderita hipertensi di Puskesmas Tatelu Kabupaten Minahasa Utara. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Responden terdiri dari 71 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan carapurposive sampling. Pengukuran kepatuhan dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner MMAS (Modified Morisky Adherence Scale). Hasil uji penelitian dengan menggunakan uji statistik chi square pada tingkat kemaknaan 95%, didapatkan bahwa ada hubungan antara keterjangkauan akses ke pelayanan kesehatan dengan kepatuhan minum obat(p = 0,012 < α 0.05), tidak ada hubungan antara keikutsertaan asuransi kesehatan dengan kepatuhan minum obat (p = 0,805 > α 0.05) dan ada hubungan antara peran tenaga kesehatan dengan kepatuhan minum obat (p = 0,032 < α 0.05). Simpulan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor pendukung mempengaruhi kepatuhan minum obat, dimana dengan faktor pendukung yang baik dapat meningkatkan kepatuhan minum obat pada penderita hipertensi. Saran bagi pihak pelayanan kesehatan yang ada diharapkan dapat lebih memaksimalkan tingkat pelayanannya dan dapat memberikan informasi tambahan lagi bagi penderita hipertensi agar lebih patuh dalam minum obat.Kata kunci: Hipertensi, Kepatuhan Minum Obat, Faktor Pendukung
