The purpose of this study was to determine the role of subjective norms as a mediation between the relationship opportunity to donate and agreeableness personality on intention to donate. This research includes a quantitative approach with a survey method distributed to 400 participants of BPJAMSOSTEK East Java Province using a Likert scale. Data analysis using SEM using WarpPLS 6.0 software. The results of this study state that subjective norms can be a link between the opportunity to donate and in accordance with the intention to donate. This can increase the intention to donate for BPJAMSOSTEK participants. The increased intention to donate owned by participants will increase participants who donate.
The purpose of this research is to develop the concept of product performance, which is influenced by organizational transformation and organizational culture, and is mediated by market orientation. This research uses a quantitative approach, using the sampling method of stratified proportional random sampling, with a sample size of n = 216 employees. The analytical methods used are Important Performance Analysis and SEM—WarpPls. The results of this study indicate that organizational transformation and organizational culture have a significant effect on market orientation, but they have no significant effect on product performance. Moreover, market orientation has a significant effect on product performance. This study combines research variables comprehensively so as to determine the complete relationship between research variables. The novelty of this study is to identify the complete mediating effect of market orientation on the relationship between organizational transformation and product performance.
This study aimed to (1) describe of organizational commitment on regular employee and fixterm employee; (2) describe the role of company in supporting organizational commitment of the employee. The type of research used descriptive research with qualitative approach. The results of the study indicated that regular employees were involved with other activities outside of the main job, felt comfortable and happy to do their current job, and made commitment and felt satisfied if they had to spend their career until retirement, however they wanted higher salary and position, and can work on the appropriate field based on their ability. Fix-term employees indicated that they felt comfortable with the company's environmental conditions, thought positively of wherever they work always feel enjoyed, and had mindset that every job can add knowledge, etc. The company PT. X Ngoro, Mojokerto has been trying to support in increasing employee commitment.
