As of January 2021, with 2,066,175 deaths, 95,612,831 confirmed cases have been reported globally. Indonesia’s COVID-19 Task Force report shows that there are currently 27,203 deaths, with reported cases exceeding 951,651, among the highest in Asia. The President of the Republic of Indonesia created a national team to speed up the production of vaccines for COVID-19. It stipulates that the government will arrange the provision, delivery, and vaccination of COVID-19 vaccines. The vaccination scheme would then become the pros and cons of Indonesian society. This research assesses the opinion of the Indonesian people through a social network analysis of the COVID-19 vaccine in January 2021. We used sentiment analysis using Naïve Bayes Algorithm by crawling Twitter data with ‘Vaccine COVID-19’ as keywords. We perform the data crawling process manually using the access token received from the Twitter API using the Rapid miner tools to extract the requested information and data. Data crawling continued with the Drone Emprit Academic Streaming Public Twitter Tool because of limited manual crawling resulting in more than 6000 tweets related to selected keywords on January 15-22, 2021. The result of sentiment measurement with over 3.4 thousand negative tweets (56%), over 2.4 thousand positive tweets (39%), and the remaining 301 tweets (1%) was neutral during the period of the week.
The research was conducted to overcome the problem of selecting a location for the opening of a new branch of the Murni Sadar English Course. The increasing need for the community to learn English has made Murni Sadar English Course to expand and open a branch of English courses in a new location. This problem is overcome by designing a support system that functions to help facilitate the selection of new branch locations. This DSS is designed using the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) method using 5 criteria: population density level, access to locations, crowd level, rental costs, and population income. From the results of this study it is concluded that the ARAS method is very appropriate to be used as a tool in decision support where the best alternative location is Patuan_Anggi_Street with an alternative value of 0.1778.
Bauran pemasaran merupakan serangkaian variabel pemasaran terkendali yang dipakai oleh perusahaan untuk menghasilkan tanggapan yang dikehendaki perusahaan dari pasar sasarannya. Pada penelitian ini bauran pemasaran yang menjadi variabel independen yang mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen yaitu harga, produk, lokasi, dan promosi serta penambahan variabel independen lain yaitu kualitas pelayanan. Adapun tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui berapa besar masing-masing pengaruh dari variabel independen (harga, produk, lokasi, promosi dan kualitas pelayanan) terhadap variabel dependen (kepuasan konsumen).Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif.Sampel yang digunakan adalah konsumen Restoran Ayam Penyet RIA yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik sampling non probability dengan metode accidental sampling berjumlah 100 konsumen.Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dengan skala rating kemudian dilakukan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, atas uji validitas dan reliabilitas disimpulkan bahwa kuesioner yang digunakan telah valid dan reliabel.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil dari analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel independen yaitu harga, produk dan kualitas pelayanan mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen, sedangkan variabel independen lainnya yaitu lokasi dan promosi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership on organizational culture. The research was conducted on Small and Medium Enterprises in the Food and Minimum Industry Sector in Medan City. The sample in this study were employees in the Food and Minimum Industry Sector in Medan City. 350 questionnaires were distributed, 188 were returned. Thus the participants in this study amounted to 188 people. The data is carried out with Structural Equation Modeling. The results show that transformational leadership can improve the corporate culture of the food and beverage industry in Medan City. Suggestions in this study are for the owner as the owner to improve leadership and good organizational culture.
Population increase has the impact on demographic transition (changes in population structure). Indonesia is entering the demographic bonus period, there is the increase in the percentage of the working age population. According to theory, population can affect economic growth (in this study the effect on gross domestic product or GDP). One of the demographic components that affect population composition is population mobility or migration. This study used migration, risk migration and dependency ratios to show the latest patterns / trends of population mobility (last 20 years). The results showed that the variables in this study had a positive and negative effect on GDP growth. Of the three variables, the greatest influence is given by percentage of dependency ratio variable. The results of this study showed that migration and risk migration had negative impact on economic growth while the dependency ratio had a positive impact on economic growth. North Sumatra must be optimistic to increase economic growth by utilizing components that can boost the economy and one of them is the dependency ratio.
