Climate change is very influential in human life. Climate change has a strong correlation with water usage and its existence in the world. This research was conducted to analyze the water efficiency as an effort to modify climate change. The research area was conducted on the social cluster buildings campus of Semarang State University (UNNES), Semarang, Indonesia. The building of social clusters consists of three faculties, the Faculty of Social Science, the Faculty of Economic, the Faculty of Law. The research area was chosen due to located on the hilly preserved area. The lack of management will lead to worse conditions, and it will harm the surrounding area considering its area function. Database simulation on this research was analyzed by using the EDGE application that was initiated by the World Bank. By using the EDGE application, the project analysis is getting faster, easier, efficient, and more affordable. The result revealed that water efficiency in social cluster buildings is 0 %. This percentage was classified as a low score under the minimum percentage of water efficiency standards (20%). Based on the low-level water efficiency, this research carried out five-level simple scenarios considering the condition of building management in the social cluster of Semarang State University. Furthermore, by implementing the water efficiency scenarios, the percentage increase up to 37.86% with 19,095.02 m3/yr of water-saving calculated by EDGE application and extra 82,250 m3/yr calculated by manual calculation.

The purpose of this study was to determine the income of vegetable traders in Aikmel Traditional Market, Aikmel District, East Lombok Regency and to find out the obstacles faced by vegetable traders in running their business at Aikmel Traditional Market, Aikmel District. The determination of the research area was carried out by purposive sampling, namely based on certain considerations in accordance with the research objectives. Considerations for choosing the Aikmel Traditional Market where the research was conducted, because the Aikmel Market is classified as the type of vegetables that are sold, it is very complete and the traders there pick them up quite close to the source of the farmers, besides that the Aikmel market provides comfort and peace when transacting. The sampling method is by using the census method.
Lighting is very important in various activities in the household, so it becomes dominant in the review of electricity consumption needs. The problems faced by consumers in choosing the use of lighting generally only choose based on the type of lamp which is cheaper, without considering the quality of light and electrical energy used. This study aims to find profiles several types of lights based on the strength of the light produced, the use of electrical energy, and its sensitivity to lower voltage sources. The results of the study recommend a type of lamp that is considered efficient for users. The research method uses experimental approaches. The study was conducted by testing the strength of the light produced, the amount of electrical power used, and the sensitivity to lower voltage sources. Data collection techniques are carried out by measurement and testing. Data analysis was carried out with a quantitative approach and continued with qualitative analysis. The results showed that, (1) the types of Light Emitting Diode (LED) lamps produce better light power compared to Energy Saving Lights (ESL) at the same electrical power consumption, and (3) LED lighting components have better capability in facing a lower voltage source.
