The study aims to determine the effect of employee motivation on PT. Kahatex, the influence of employee work discipline at PT. Kahatex, as well as motivation and work discipline towards employees at PT. Kahatex. The data analysis method in this study uses the casual association method and uses a quantitative approach with quantitative data processing techniques with data processing techniques using multiple regression analysis. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. Questionnaires distributed to employees of PT. Kahatex. Measurements were made with a Likert on a scale of one to five. The results of this study indicate that when viewed from a partial test (t) it can be seen that the results of the t value (count) is 1,782 0.05. it means that the motivation variable does not affect the performance of the employees of PT. Kahatex. Judging from the partial test (t) can be known the results of the t value (count) of 0.569 0.05. it means that the work discipline variable does not affect the performance of the employees of PT. Kahatex. While seen from the simultaneous test (F) it can be seen that the significance value for motivation of Work Motivation (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) is 0,000 <0.05 and F (count) 12,706> F (table) 3 , 30, Undeniably As H3 is accepted which is intended as Work Motivation (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) simultaneously on Employee Performance (Y).

Indorama Synthetics Tbk di kabupaten Purwakarta, konsep ini dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan tekstil dan barang kebutuhan lainnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan, metode pengumpulan data untuk penelitian ini dilakukan dengan studi kepustakaan, wawancara dan analisis data. Setiap perusahaan membutuhkan tuas kendali yang beragam dan kompatibel dengan kondisi perusahaan;Pada Analisis Belief Systems dimana perusahaan telah memotivasi karyawan untuk menerapkan dan memiliki suatu visi, misi dan tata nilai yang sesuai dengan aturan perusahaan. Pelaksanaan sistem kepercayaan ini dikomunikasikan melalui berbagai media seperti bingkai ditempel di dinding, di situs perusahaan, ditampilkan pada pertemuan-pertemuan internal dan pada saat proses rekrutmen karyawan baru mengenai visi misi perusahaan. Boundary Systems ini menunjukkan bahwa telah mewujudkan batasan tersebut melalui adanya batasan yang telah ditetapkan, dimana perusahaan PT.Indorama Synthetics Tbk ini telah memuat aturan-aturan yang jelas dan komprehensif dengan sanksi atas pelanggaran tersebut.Sistem Kontrol Diagnostik perusahaan sangat mudah melakukan pengawasan dan pengawasan, hal ini dikarenakan perusahaan yang relatif besar, sehingga pengawasan harus lebih mudah dilakukan terutama dalalam pembagian sistem koordinator. Pimpinan dapat menyatukan kinerja dengan menyatukan laporan koordinator divisi masing-masing. Intractive Control Systems dimana karyawan dan atasan dengan menerapkan program pelatihan dan pengembangan. Program ini cukup baik dan sesuai dengan fungsinya. Komunikasi atasan dengan karyawan secara formal melakukan pelatihan, dan secara informal dengan melakukan diskusi.
Research on Corporate Competitive Strategies in Increasing Number of Guest Visits In The Hospitality Business (Case Study At Four Star XYZ Hotel in Tangerang City,) highlights how the company achieves competitiveness and improves its performance. In running its business Hotel XYZ faced problems, namely decreasing the number of guest visits and weak competitiveness of the company. This research used qualitative method by using descriptive approach. For data collection method used is by giving questionnaires to hotel customers and interviews to informants who then analyze the data based on the IFE and EFE matrix. Based on the research results found that the current level of company indicates that XYZ Hotel is still in the average level, so XYZ hotel should make a good strategy for the future the company can achieve the vision and mission of the company. Based on the analysis of IFE and EFE Hotel XYZ is in quadrant five so that strategy can be done by Hotel XYZ to improve the competitiveness of company by doing competition through differentiation.
The development of accounting information technology has actually been going on for a long time. This is because the use of technology in accounting can save time and costs and the use of technology in accounting is considered very efficient. In order to provide accounting information, an information system known as the Accounting Information System (SIA) was created. A good accounting information system requires a good system design too. At Cooperative, data processing is still done manually using Microsoft Excel, which makes this cooperative vulnerable to recording errors. Apart from errors in recording, delays in delivering information can also occur due to ineffective recording. Therefore, this cooperative needs to use a cooperative accounting information system. Which this system will later be able to assist the cooperative in carrying out the existing transaction process in the cooperative effectively and efficiently and well computerized. Based on this, this study aims to determine the financial reporting accounting information system that has been implemented by the Cooperative and to design an application-based savings and loan cooperative financial reporting accounting information system in accordance with the needs of Cooperative. This study used qualitative and experimental methods, while the application design method used was a waterfall. The system development method used in this research is Netbeans IDE with Java programming language and Mysql as database storage and iReport to design financial statements.The results obtained from the analysis and design carried out is an accounting information system design that is able to support the operational needs of Cooperative. The superiority of the resulting system is that there is a treasurer who specifically manages the finances of the Cooperative so that the process of recording financial reporting runs effectively and efficiently which has been designed according to the needs of Cooperative
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja Hotel Puri Khatulistiwa. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah dengan Balanced Scorecard yang dilihat melalui 4 perspektif. Berdasarkan analisis kinerja yang telah didapat dengan menggunakan metode Balanced Scorecard, maka diperoleh kesimpulan : (1) Perspektif proses bisnis internal yaitu inovasi adalah baik dengan adanya inovasi – inovasi bisnis yang dijalankan. (2) Perspektif pembelajaran dan bertumbuh adalah dengan mengukur kepuasan karyawan, retensi karyawan, dan kemampuan sistem informasi. Kepuasan karyawan diperoleh 7,55% dikategorikan baik, retensi karyawan cukup baik, dan kemampuan sistem informasi diperoleh 1,6% dikategorikan baik. (3) Perspektif pelanggan adalah dilihat dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner karakteristik responden dan kepuasan pelanggan menunjukan pelanggan puas terhadap pelayanan Hotel Puri Khatulistiwa.. (4) Perspektif keuangan adalah baik dilihat dari beberapa aspek yang telah dijelaskan.
