Penulisan ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubunganantara dan kinerja gurudi SMK NEGERI 2 KOTA BIMA. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penulisanini adalah adahubungan positif antara dan kinerja guru. Semakin tinggi maka semakin tinggi pulakinerja guru, demikian pula sebaliknya.Adapun subjek dalam penulisan ini berjumlah 20 guru di SMK NEGERI 2 KOTA BIMA’. Metode skala menjadi metode pilihan untuk mengungkap kompetensi dan kinerja guru, melaluiskala kompetensi dan skala kinerja guru. Analisis data menggunakan teknik Korelasi Product Momentmelalui SPSS for Windows versi 20.0.Hasil penulisan menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan yangsignifikan antara kompetensi dan kinerja guru yang dibuktikan dengan nilai r SMK Negeri 2 Kota Bima y = -0,428 dan p=0,012(p<0.01), sehingga hipotesis yang dinyatakan dalam penulisan ini ditolak.
This article aims to elaborate the views Zaghlul Raghib Muhammad An-Najjar on the urgency of scientific interpretation of the Qur'an in order to preach the spread of Islam in the modern era. This becomes attractive because in the midst of the pro and contra of tafsir ilmy among the opinions of scholars and mufassir,. Al-Najjar seeks to corroborate the evidence of the urgency of scientific interpretation in his book "Tafsīr al-Âyāt al-Kauniyah Fī al-Qur'ān Al-Karīm" which provides amazing and accurate information about the nature of the universe and its phenomena in which applied science that has not reached the fact except after centuries of revelation of the Qur'an. The finding shows Zaghlul al-Najjar stated that the scientific interpretation has a great role to prove and to explain the side of scientific miracles of the Quran in the middle of modern society by not ruling out the perspective of classical interpretation tradition. Moreover. It contains modern scientific facts in discussing kauniyah verses as proof of the truth of the Qur'an as a holy book. Although, with the terms and limitations that need to be required an interpretation with a scientific approach in order to avoid unwanted mistakes.
In the history of interpretation of the Qur'an we find that the study of Qur'anic interpretation started from the time of the Messenger of Allah until the present time. From the period in which the commentary is learned and studied through the riwayat (narration) and talqin (indoctrination) from a teacher to his student until the time when every person 'feel' to have the authority to interpret the verses of the Qur'an. The study of Qur'anic intepretation has undergone the tremendous growth in the fourth phase of the compilation period (tadwin). That was the phase in which the interpretation of the Qur'an wass controlled by the interpretation based on reason and the opinion of the interpreter (mufassir); interpretations coloured by various sects and schools of thought. The development of this kind of interpretation, although believed to be a logical consequence of the development history of science, but then not necessarily be accepted by the ulamas and received positive appreciation of them. Like Muhammad Husein adh Dhahabi, Muhammad Abu Zahrah, and so forth.For Imam Muhammad Abu Zahrah (1898-1974/1315-1394) the interpretation of the Quran which is based on a variety of goals and interests as well as a variety of comprehension and thinking like that, in fact was often away from the substance of Al-Quran; obscure its miracle power, destroying the real meaning and even provide commentary on the sometimes contradictory with the fundamentals of Islamic teaching. This is awakening his awareness and encourage him to try to straighten out and provide an alternative of more actual interpretation. So he finally wrote a book of tafsir named "Zahratu al Tafasir". This interpretation is different from the books of the previous tafsir books. At least, he did not want to simply follow the tradition (taqlid), the method or the way used by previous mufassir.
