This research is an explanatory research. The location of this research is in Pasuruan Regency. Determination of the location of this study is considered on the basis of the lack of halal-labeled SME products, this study wants to examine the extent to which aspects of prices and halal labels affect consumer purchasing decisions and interests. The sampling method in this study uses convenience sampling, with a sample size of 100 respondents. Data collection techniques using consumer surveys, with a questionnaire research instrument. The results of this study indicate that the halal label only affects consumers to foster buying interest, but does not affect consumers to make purchasing decisions. Price variables affect buying interest and purchasing decisions, while both prices and halal labels affect consumer purchasing decisions through buying interest.

One of them is the community's need for lifestyle changes that are increasingly modern, which is one of the banking opportunities to help, namely through fundraising called Savings. BPRS Daya Artha Mentari KC Gempol as a pioneer of Islamic banking in Indonesia has also created products to help its customers obtain fundraising services with various types of programs, one of which is the iB TaaT Savings. In this study, using a descriptive method. The data collection method that the author uses is literature study, observation, recording, and interviews. Based on the research conducted by the author, the author can conclude that this study is entitled Analysis of the Mechanism of Calculation of Profit Sharing for Mudharabah Contracts on TaaT iB Savings Products at BPRS Daya Artha Mentari KC Gempol according to an Islamic Economics review. TaaT iB Savings is a savings product with the mudharabah principle. Therefore, the authors are interested in further researching how exactly the iB TaaT Savings is, and how the function of the Education Savings is for both the bank and the customer and how the Islamic economy reviews the iB TaaT Savings.

This research aims to determine the mechanism for determining Murabahah financing margins at the al-Yasini Islamic Financial Institution in Pasuruan. Al Yasini Islamic Financial Institution is an institution engaged in finance, especially in the field of sharia management, which means that banking activities are always related to the financial sector. In its business activities, the Al Yasini Islamic Financial Institution benefits from transactions for services that have been provided as well as for the results that have been distributed. The tighter competition in the financial institution sector is demanded to emerge in the regions and provide loan services and services for micro, small and medium enterprises so that they can develop with additional capital. ____________________________________________________________________ Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mekanisme penentuan margin pembiayaan murabahah pada Lembaga Keuangan Syariah al-Yasini Pasuruan. Lembaga Keuangan Islam Al Yasini merupakan lembaga yang bergerak di bidang keuangan khususnya dalam bidang manajemen syariah yang artinya kegiatan perbankan selalu berkaitan dengan bidang keuangan. Dalam kegiatan usahanya, Lembaga Keuangan Islam Al Yasini mendapatkan keuntungan dari transaksi untuk layanan yang telah diberikan maupun untuk hasil yang telah disalurkan. Persaingan yang semakin ketat di sektor lembaga keuangan dituntut untuk muncul di daerah dan memberikan layanan dan layanan pinjaman bagi usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah agar dapat berkembang dengan tambahan modal.

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh perkembangan  zaman yang ditandai dengan perkembangan ekonomi yang semakin pesat sehingga menimbulkan persaingan bisnis yang semakin tinggi. Rumusan masalah yang diangkat adalah Bagaimana penerapan etika bisnis Islam pada pedagang  di Pasar Tradisional Nongkojajar   dan Sejauh mana penerapan Etika Bisnis Islam pada Pedagang  di Pasar Tradisional Nongkojajar untuk meningkatkan Loyalitas Pelanggan. Sedangkan tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui Bagaimana penerapan etika bisnis Islam pada pedagang  di Pasar Tradisional Nongkojajar    dan Untuk mengetahui Sejauh mana penerapan Etika Bisnis Islam pada Pedagang  di Pasar Tradisional Nongkojajar   untuk meningkatkan Loyalitas Pelanggan.metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif yaitupenelitian yang menghasilkan data pasar yang diperoleh dari karyawan BUMDesa Wonosari dan wawancara dari pedagang  beserta pelanggan. Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang diperoleh dari pedagang dan karyawan di  apabila dilihat dari lima Prinsip etika bisnis secara umum yang dijadikan tolak ukur, penerapan etika bisnis secara umum sudah diterapkan dengan baik oleh pedagang dan karyawan di   namun masih belum akad antara penjual dan pembeli saat melakukan transaksi jual beli. Jadi pada   masih belum sepenuhnya menerapka etika Bisnis Islam.

By applying for financing in BPRS, Mojokerto City, Pandaan Branch Office, the community can encourage economic improvement and social welfare of the community and must be managed properly by the financial institution. The research method used for this study was interviews and literature studies. This type of research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, the data sources used are primary and secondary data. Primary data is obtained directly from sources where research activities take place, and secondary data is data obtained from books and other written documents. The results showed that the mechanism for financing proposals in the Murabahah contract must go through several stages, namely checking customer file files by Customer Service, submitting files from Customer Service to Marketing, BI Checking, marketing surveys to customers, customer analysis by marketing, approval from branch heads, submitted files to the admin section and Disbursement of funds. For Calculation of Financing in the Murabahah Contract in BPRS Kota Mojokerto Pandaan Branch Office, operational in it uses sharia sale and purchase transactions where customers borrow a sum of money that might be used for investment, working capital financing and consumer financing, but in this case the the customer when using a murabahah contract, namely the basic price along with a predetermined margin by installments in accordance with the agreed time period.
