Pengentasan kemiskinan adalah salah satu tujuan pembangunan ekonomi. Selama tahun 2011 hingga 2017, Provinsi Papua dan Papua Barat yang terletak di Pulau Papua memiliki tingkat kemiskinan tertinggi pertama dan kedua di Indonesia. Studi ini menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kemiskinan di Pulau Papua selama tahun 2011 hingga 2017 menggunakan regresi data panel. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa variabel-variabel PDRB per kapita sektor Pertambangan dan Penggalian, PDRB per kapita sektor Konstruksi, dan pendidikan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penurunan tingkat kemiskinan.
Kemiskinan merupakan masalah sosial yang masih belum terselesaikan. Salah satu cara untuk mengatasi kemiskinan adalah melalui pembangunan infrastruktur yang merata dan tepat sasaran di seluruh Indonesia. Studi ini menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan infrastruktur terhadap kemiskinan melalui pertumbuhan ekonomi di Pulau Jawa dan luar Pulau Jawa. Alat analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan panel simultan dan tipologi klassen yang dilengkapi dengan 2 persamaan struktural. Hasil analisis studi ini menunjukkan bahwa infrastruktur listrik, pendidikan, transportasi dan air memengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi Pulau Jawa. Sementara itu, infrastruktur pendidikan, listrik, kesehatan dan transportasi memengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi di luar Pulau Jawa. Variabel populasi dan pertumbuhan ekonomi sama-sama memengaruhi kemiskinan di Pulau Jawa dan luar Pulau Jawa.

This study analyzed PT PQR's external conditions and strategic factors that arose, analyzed PT PQR's internal conditions, formulated alternative strategies for PT PQR, and determined strategic priorities for PT PQR. The strategic planning phase began with an external analysis that developed with a PEST analysis and Porter's Five Forces. Later on, we performed an internal analysis. The strategic business planning performed I-E and TOWS matrices and the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). The external analysis results identified growth, customer loyalty, and ATPM competition as opportunities, while exchange rate fluctuations, import policies, and newcomer meetings were the challenges. The internal analysis results found product quality, competitive selling prices, and production capacity as the strengths, while low productivity, workplace accidents, and the quality of human resources were identified as weaknesses. The IE matrix combined IFE value of 2,346 and EFE value of 2,178 to position PT PQR in quadrant V. Therefore, the strategy was to hold and maintain. The eight alternative strategies for PT PQR were product development strategy, market development, improvement in production management, HR development, Quality management implementation, development of higher capacity machines, inventory management, and improvement of Production Operation Standards (SOP). Market development strategies with new ATPM market development and product development strategies with diversified furniture products were two priority strategies that were complemented by short and long term action plans in implementing these strategies.
this research aimed to identify the effect of work ability, motivation, and islamic work ethics on the employee performance in sharia BJB Bank in Bekasi branch. this research was conducted by distributing online questionnaires to the respondents, the sharia BJB Bank employees in Bekasi branch. this research used the structural equation modeling (seM) to measure the relationships among three latent variables, i.e. work ability, work motivation, and islamic work ethic; as well as the relationships between those latent variables and their indicator variables. the seM model was processed by using pls software. the research results showed that the work ability significantly influences the employee performance in Sharia BJB Bank in Bekasi branch at 95% confidence level. The research results also showed that work motivation significantly influences the employee performance in Sharia BJB Bank in Bekasi branch. The research results showed that the Islamic work ethic significantly influences the employee performance in sharia BJB Bank in Bekasi branch. these steps must be maintained, and the management must design the managerial implications to support the employee performance improvement in sharia BJB Bank in Bekasi branch. this should be synergized, communicated, and coordinated among managements of Head Quarter, Head Branch, and the employees of sharia BJB Bank in Bekasi branch.
