Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) hadir sebagai program pemerintah yang memberikan bantuan bersyarat kepada keluarga yang tergolong fakir miskin. Semenjak kelahirannya di tahun 2007, PKH mengalami perubahan seiring dengan dinamika masyarakat. Untuk melihat perkembangan tersebut, dan bagiamana realitas penerima yang tergolong sebagai keluarga fakir msikin menerima manfaat PKH menjadi suatu hal yang perlu diketahui secara keilmuan. Oleh karena itu, dalam kajian ini digunakan structural fungsional sebagai pisau analisis pemecahan masalah teoritik yang timbul dari adanya PKH. Kajian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan analisa studi kasus. Selain itu, kajian ini juga di dukung data kuantitatif yang berupa data sekunder. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Wonodadi Kecamatan Gadingrejo, Kabupaten Pringsewu. Dengan metode tersebut dan ranah kajian yang akan diteliti, maka kajian ini akan menghasilakan realitas keluarga penerima manfaat PKH dalam kehidupan sosialnya. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui keadaan masyarakat secara komprehensif, dan bermanfaat untuk memberikan gambaran dan solusi yang dapat ditawarkan seandainya bantuan tersebut tidak berhasil secara signifikan. Dari gambaran yang ditemukan, Keluarga Penerima Manfaat (KPM)PKH belum mampu untuk mandiri secara social sehingga cendrung terlihat ketergantungan.

So far, direct assistance provided by the government to the community or poor families in the community is in the form of direct cash assistance. The program is in the form of Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH). However, the assistance is insufficient to have a significant impact on the community in order for the family to become independent. The dynamics of social life are so complex that they experience the spirit of the Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH), which is to make people more independent. Concrete evidence should be a sign that the poor are independent, namely, they will graduate themselves without coercion from anyone. This means that they release the assistance provided by the government in the form of the Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) without coercion and with full awareness. The graduation process that has occurred and has not yet occurred has become a dynamic that needs to be seen from a scientific perspective, thus providing scientific information about the dynamics that occur in the community of Way Wakak Village, North Lampung Regency. Therefore, to see the dynamics of graduation in the spectrum of knowledge, a study was conducted on ”GRADUASI: Construction Independence Receiver Benefits of the Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) in Rural Areas” in Way Wakak Village, North Lampung. The study aims provide an overview of the dynamics of graduation that occurs in the midst of the poor, who will later find a formulation to make a more independent society. This study uses a qualitative method with case studies. In addition, this study also uses quantitative techniques in collecting data, both in the form of primary and secondary data. This research was conducted in Way Wakak Village, North Lampung. With this method and the field of study that will be investigated, this study will produce the dynamics of PKH beneficiary families in their social life, whether they are already empowered after the assistance or otherwise. The aim is to know the condition of the community comprehensively and is useful to provide an overview and appropriate solutions that can be offered if the assistance is not significantly successful. Thus, the graduation which is part of the PKH is actually carried out by the community voluntarily on the basis of their independence. Tulisan ini membahas tentang program kemitraan sawit PTPN VII bersama dengan petani mitra sebagai bentuk dari Community Development. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif disesuaikan dengan kompleksitas permasalahannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa proses pengorganisasian yang dilakukan merupakan satu kesatuan sistem yang saling keterkaitan. Tahapan pelaksanaan program ini dipetakan menjadi tiga yakni, empowerment sebagai pondasi dari program kemitraan, partnership sebagai tahapan dimana needs assesment dilakukan oleh masing-masing stakeholders serta, pengorganisasian sebagai bentuk pembagian tugas dan fungsi masing-masing stakeholders berdasarkan hasil dari needs assesment yang dilakukan sebelumnya. Stagnasi dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini didasarkan pada hilangnya fungsi dari salah satu stakeholder. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya peran dan keterlibatan secara utuh dari masing-masing stakeholder. Pada akhir studi ini, tedapat disain program kemitraan yang berbasiskan pada community development sebagai bentuk konstribusi yang merupakan hasil dari pemahaman terhadap konteks yang diteliti sebelumnya

The existence of several cases of community exclusion due to the tourism industry has attracted researchers to examine the idealistic model of sustainable ecotourism development for communities in the Way Bekhak ecotourism area, Tanggamus Regency. This study aims to build a tourism model that is following the characteristics of the surrounding community as a basis for development so that people do not feel excluded from their environment. This study uses a literature review research method or literature study. Where this study will collect various sources relevant to the object of research. Thus, this study will contain theories, concepts, and/or cases that are relevant to the problem being studied. Therefore, researchers try to describe various concepts and theoretical sources in the development of sustainable tourism. Especially those that want to be implemented in the Way Bekhak ecotourism area, Tanggamus Regency. This study also uses secondary data obtained from various library sources. This research is expected to produce an idealistic model of sustainable ecotourism development that is oriented to the community, especially in the Way Bekhak ecotourism area, Tanggamus Regency. The goal is to foster popular innovation in building a model of sustainable tourism in the ecotourism area.
