Kajian ini bertujuan mengetahui kontribusi retribusi daerah terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) serta capaian target setiap jenis retribusi daerah. Analisis rasio kontribusi digunakan untuk mengetahui besarnya kontribusi retribusi daerah terhadap PAD. Kesimpulan, setiap tahun terjadi penurunan kontribusi retribusi daerah kota Palembang, sedangkan tingkat efektifitasnya mengalami fluktuasi. Kontribusi retribusi daerah belum meningkat setiap tahunnya, karena adanya perubahan objek retribusi, kurangnya sosialisasi atas peraturan daerah, dan adanya jenis retribusi daerah yang baru diterapkan. Kontribusi retribusi jasa perizinan tertentu terbesar dibandingkan jenis retribusi lainnya.
This study aims to analyze the strategy of continuous growth for sustainability PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk in competitive market. The scope of this study include corporate strategy, business competition, competitive advantage, business portfolio, marketing and international strategy. The results showed that Indofood using a strategy of diversified product portfolio, which capitalizes on a resilient business model with five complementary strategic business groups, namely: consumer branded products, bogasari, agribusiness, distribution, cultivation & processed vegetables. Consumer products group has six divisions namely: noodles, dairy, snack foods, food seasonings, nutrition & special foods, and beverages division. While the agribusiness group has a plantations and edible oils and fats division. Competitive strategy business using more products to offer through innovation. International strategy of using licenses and joint ventures.
The main purpose of this study is to discuss business ethics and good corporate governance implementation. Business ethics is the foundation of good corporate governance implementation in a company. The existence of ethics in the company is expected to be a benchmark for measuring moral values, especially policies. It is also expected that the application of good business ethics elevates the implementation of good corporate governance. The establishment of supervisory institutions in public sector organizations is also expected to be the best way to eliminate the ethical violation. Thus, good business practices and the environment in Indonesia can be achieved.
This study examines the relationship between Job Embeddedness and Job Insecurity to voluntary turnover intention and job performance. The sample of this study were 209 respondents from permanent or contract employees who worked as secretaries, clerical or administrative personnel in government or private offices in Central Java, Indonesia. This study used Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) for hypothesis testing. Result of this job insecurity cannot be used to predict voluntary turnover intention or job performance. Job embeddedness is divided into three types, namely job embeddedness link, job embeddedness fit, and job embeddedness sacrifice. Job Embeddedness link and Job Embeddedness fit have no effect on voluntary turnover intention, but they can be used to predict job performance. In contrast, Job embeddedness sacrifice has an effect on voluntary turnover intention but cannot be used to predict job performance. Voluntary turnover intention proved able to be used to predict job performance.
