This study aims to determine the effect of product innovation on brand image, product quality on brand image, product quality on consumer preferences, consumer knowledge on consumer preferences, brand image on willingness to pay, and consumer preferences on willingness to pay at the electricity company. The survey was carried out on 150 industrial consumers in the Pekalongan City area. Analysis of the data used with the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method. The results show that product innovation does not affect brand image. The product can make an impact when considering its equity position as well as its competitive position. Product quality has a positive and significant impact on brand image. This is supported by the availability of backup supply facilities and the addition of Change Over Switch equipment. Product quality does not affect consumer preferences. The quality offered must be easy for consumers to understand so that they can provide alternative choices. Consumer knowledge has a positive and significant impact on consumer preferences. If consumers can understand well, it will strengthen consumer considerations to switch to premium services. Brand image does not affect the willingness to pay. The brand image must have good credibility for premium service products. Consumer preferences have a positive and significant impact on willingness to pay. The more confident consumers are about the services provided, the more feasible it is to switch services even though the price is more expensive.
Quality health services that can satisfy every service user in accordance with the level of community or patient satisfaction and its implementation in accordance with the applicable code of ethics and health service standards. Good service quality will create service user satisfaction and increase public trust. The quality of health services in health services such as hospitals, health centers, and clinics must be maintained because the level of patient satisfaction greatly determines the existence of an institution, especially health clinics, where the quality of health services plays a role in improving the health status of the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence patient satisfaction in receiving health services at the Revalisa Clinic in Pangkalan Balai, South Sumatra Province. The research method used is quantitative with an analytical approach and cross-sectional design. The number of samples is 50 patients. Primary data collection was obtained by filling out the questionnaire. The analysis used was the Chi-Square test with a limit of significance (α) = 0.05. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, and empathy with patient satisfaction at the Pangkalan Balai Revalisa Clinic with p<0.05, while the unrelated variable is the assurance variable. The results of this study also indicate that the most dominant variable that has an impact on patient satisfaction is tangible, so it is necessary to make efforts to improve the quality of health services so that the public can know that the quality of health services and increase public trust in the revalisa clinic, besides that special attention needs to be paid. and serious in terms of improving facilities and infrastructure. Keywords: Patient Satisfaction, Quality of Health Services, Patient Satisfaction ABSTRAK Pelayanan kesehatan yang berkualitas yang dapat memuaskan setiap pengguna jasa pelayanan sesuai dengan tingkat kepuasan masyarakat atau pasien serta penyelenggaraannya sesuai dengan kode etik dan standar pelayanan kesehatan yang berlaku. Kualitas pelayanan yang baik akan menciptakan kepuasan pengguna jasa dan meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat. Mutu pelayanan kesehatan pada pelayanan kesehatan seperti rumah sakit, puskesmas dan klinik haruslah tetap terjaga mutunya sebab tingkat kepuasan pasien sangat menetukan eksistensi suatu instansi terutama klinik kesehatan, dimana mutu pelayanan kesehatan berperan dalam meningkatkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui factor yang berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan Pasien dalam Menerima Pelayanan Kesehatan Di Klinik Revalisa Pangkalan Balai Provinsi Sumatra Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Kuantitatif dengan Pendekatan analitik dan desain cross sectional. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 pasien. Pengumpulan data primer diperoleh dari pengisian kuesioner. Analisis yang digunakan adalah uji Chi-Square dengan batas kemaknaan (α) = 0,05.hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara bukti fisik, kehandalan, daya tanggap dan emphati dengan kepuasan pasien di Klinik Revalisa Pangkalan Balai dengan nilai , sedangkan variable yang tidak berhubungan adalah variable assurance. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa variable yang paling dominan yang memberikan dampak pada kepuasan pasien adalah tangible sehingga perlu dilakukan upaya-upaya peningkatan mutu pelayanan kesehatan agar masyarakat dapat mengetahui bahwa mutu pelayanan kesehatan dan meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap klinik revalisa, selain itu perlu dilakukan perhatian khusus dan serius dalam hal peningkatan sarana dan prasarana. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhiReturn On Assets (ROA) pada Bank Pembangunan Daerah di Indonesia. Adapun faktor-faktor yangditinjau pada penelitian ini adalah Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR),Biaya Operasional Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO). Data yang digunakan pada penelitian iniadalah data sekunder dari website Otoritas Jasa Keuangan. Adapun sampel penelitian ini diambildengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan diperoleh 9 perbankan sebagai sampelpenelitian.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitianmenunjukan CAR dan BOPO berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap ROA sedangkan LDR tidakberpengaruh terhadap ROA.Implikasi dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa CAR meningkat, makasemakin tinggi ROA.
