Penelitian ini membahas tentang unsur-unsur lingual dalam struktur wacana wifiq. Wacana wifiq merupakan bagian dari ragam bahasa tulis. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunkan deskriptif analisis dengan teknik pilah unsur dan teknik sigi. Sumber data menggunakan buku Al-Aufaq Karya Imam Al Ghazali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya unsur-unsur lingual dalam struktur wacana wifiq sebagai pembentukkan wacana wifiq, yaitu unsur huruf, unsur kata, unsur teks, unsur simbol, unsur gambar dan unsur angka.
Kurangnya rasa memiliki Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) terhadap Amal Usaha Muhammadiyah (AUM) di tempat tugas, ditengarai menjadi penyebab terhambatnya perkembangan AUM. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan dengan kurangnya perhatian pada pembinaan yang dilakukan oleh Majelis Dikdasmen dalam rangka peningkatan kualitas SDM. Menyadari bahwa SDM membutuhkan kontrol tentang diri mereka, Pimpinan Muhammadiyah Cabang (PCM) Salam dengan Majelis Dikdasmen perlu mengambil peran dalam memberikan pembinaan, pengawasan, serta pendampingan untuk meningkatkan kualitas SDM baik dari segi layanan, pembelajaran dan memupuk rasa memiliki SDM terhadap AUM untuk penguatan kelembagaan. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode Participatory Rural Apraisal (PRA). Tahapan kegiatan diawali persiapan meliputi ijin kegiatan, menyiapkan kelengkapan dan menyusun jadwal pelaksanaan meliputi FGD, penyusunan dokumen monitoring penguatan kelembagaan dan penyusunan laporan. Adapun hasil dari program kemitraan Universitas menunjukkan bahwa rasa memiliki SDM terhadap AUM di lingkungan PCM Salam dalam kategori cukup yang ditunjukkan dengan hasil monitoring keaktifan pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan dalam kajian ahad pagi dan kegiatan persyarikatan di lingkungan tempat tinggalnya. Dengan demikian, diperlukan pendamping berkelanjutan untuk mewujudkan SDM yang unggul dan senantiasa meningkatkan rasa memiliki terhadap AUM.
This research based on the violence and exploitation cases of orphanage children’s. An orphanage that expected can be solution to resolve orphan and waif problems, but in fact some orphanages in Indonesia generally and especially in Palembang, violence and exploitation cases still happening in the orphanage. In this study case in three orphanages with different background. This research purpose is to analyze parenting system applied at Darul Hijrah, Ar-rohim, and Fitrah orphanage Palembang. The research method is qualitative method, with data collection technique through observation, interview and documentation. And data analysis techniques through the phase of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of research at three orphanages show that the orphanage owner must choose the right parenting system and the wrong selection parenting can’t separated from the role of the orphanage owner. In this research as exemplified by the Ar-Rohim orphanage which has a democratic parenting applied to orphanage children and the result have a positive impact on the development of orphanage children, both developmental psychology, social development and in terms of intelligence. So the hopes that the orphanage children do not feel lost love and attention from parents can be fulfilled.
This investigation tries to ascertain The Effects of the Two Stay Two Stray and Think Pair Share Techniques on Class XI Students at Al-Manaar Private Madrasah Aliyah's Speaking Skills The goal of this study was to ascertain and evaluate the impact of the Two Stay Two Stray and Think Pair Share Techniques on the Speaking Skills of Class XI Students at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Manaar Private. It is a quantitative form of study. Pre-test, post-test, control group design describes the research methodology used in this study. Students in class XI at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Manaar Private made up the population of this study. The class XI 2 MIA 25 students who were chosen for the study's sample using non-purposive sampling served as the study's sample population. employing essay tests as a data collection method. Testing is divided into two tests, namely pre-test and post-test. They were carried out to find out the students' speaking skills before and after receiving treatment. This study uses the Man Whitney and Kruskal Wallis formulas to analyze research data. The results show that Mean TPS > Mean TSTS or 26.56 > 14.24. This means that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, "there is a significant difference between the average Two Stay Two Stray and Think Pair Share techniques on students' speaking skills". The calculation results of the three groups obtained the value of H = 291 and H table = 101 which means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that "there is a significant effect between Two Stay Two Stray and Think Pair Share on students' speaking abilities.
Performance assesment is a form of assessment that requires students to practice the knowledge that has been learned in various contexts according to the desired criteria. Performance assessment is needed to measure students' ability in learning Arabic objectively. The competencies achieved by speaking skills learners are being able to converse in Arabic fluently and correctly. Aspects that are assessed in the speaking skills assessment include: 1) pronunciation, 2) grammar, 3) vocabulary, 4) fluency, 5) content of speech, 6) understanding. This research is a descriptive qualitative research and type of field research. The data collection technique used was direct observation, interviews and documentation. The performance assessment of Arabic speaking skills of students of the Al-Arobiya level 1 course is carried out in class. Practice Arabic for beginners at the venue by memorizing the lesson text and then pairing up dialogue. Assessment results vary; quite competent, competent and very competent.
