Tujuan utama Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan peningkatan literasi digital kepada Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis) Panyuluhan Indah di Desa Paau Kecamatan Aranio Kabupaten Banjar Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Hal ini dimaksugkan agar mereka mampu memaksimalkan potensi dari penggunaan internet untuk memajukan ekowisata di Desa Paau. PkM ini dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan mulai dari identifikasi permasalahan, Verifikasi ke Desa Paau, Formulasi rencana PkM, dan Implementasi program PkM yang meliputi: Peningkatan pemahaman literasi digital, Pelatihan pembuatan konten digital, Pelatihan networking dan collaborating, dan Pelatihan pengelolaan platform digital. PkM dilakukan di Desa Paau pada Bulan Juli 2022 dengan 15 orang peserta. Secara umum seluruh program PkM berjalan dengan baik sebagaimana yang ditunjukkan oleh hasil evaluasi kegiatan dimana semua peserta menilai bahwa program dan materi yang disampaikan sudah tepat sasaran dan bermanfaat bagi upaya peningkatan literasi digital bagi Pokdarwis Panyuluhan Indah dalam rangka memajukan ekowisata di Desa Paau. The main purpose of this PkM is to provide training to improve digital literacy to the Panyuluhan Indah Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis) in Paau Village, Aranio District, Banjar Regency, South Kalimantan Province. This PkM is carried out in several stages starting from problem identification, direct verification to Paau Village and Pokdarwis Panyuluhan Indah, PkM plan formulation, and PkM program implementation which includes: Increasing understanding of digital literacy, training on digital content creation, networking and collaborating training, and management training. PkM was conducted in Paau Village in July 2022 with 15 participants. In general, all PkM programs went well as shown by the evaluation results where all participants considered that the programs and materials presented were appropriate and useful for efforts to increase digital literacy for Pokdarwis Panyuluhan Indah in order to promote ecotourism in Pa Village.
The complexity of border studies is a reflection of the socio-political realities that exist in border areas. Most of the time border areas are synonymous with conflict and militarization. But at the same time, cooperation between various international actors in the border area is also taking place. One example is the collaboration between three actors (Government of Indonesia, Government of Malaysia, and Palm Oil Plantation Company) in the Indonesia-Malaysia border area in North Kalimantan Province-Sabah State to establish and run a Community Learning Center (CLC) program as an effort to overcome limitations of access to education for children of Indonesian migrant workers in palm oil plantations in Sabah. The existence of a Community Learning Center (CLC) is a form of alignment of interests between actors in the case of fulfilling the right to education for the children of Indonesian migrant workers in the State of Sabah. CLC as a form of cross-border cooperation is possible when the interests of the Government of Indonesia, the Government of Malaysia and palm oil plantation companies in the State of Sabah are aligned. The Indonesian government's interest is to provide education access for Indonesian citizens (WNI) residing in the State of Sabah, Malaysia. The interest of the Malaysian government is to maintain sovereignty within the regulatory authorities within its territory, in this case concerning population administration, While palm oil companies' interest is to maintain its business sustainability by abiding to the rules of both countries.
The existence of a government website is an initial milestone in the implementation of e-government as an official channel for the dissemination of information related to public services. However, there are still some OPDs that do not have an official website, such as the Samarinda City DPMPTSP which does not yet have a special website related to “Public Service Malls”. This is suspected to be due to the lack of competent human resources in managing the government's official website. Based on this, community service this time is intended to provide assistance to the Samarinda City DPMPTSP in terms of making the official website "Public Service Mall" as a form of efforts to strengthen e-government within the Samarinda City Government. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menjaga eksistensi pelaku UMKM di tengah perkembangan digitalisasi dan pandemi Covid-19 dengan menerapkan inovasi sektor publik dalam pemberdayaan UMKM. Tujuannya adalah mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis inovasi penerapan aplikasi Bebaya yang efektif oleh Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Samarinda, serta mengidentifikasi faktor penghambat inovasi tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi aplikasi Bebaya telah sesuai dengan karakteristik inovasi, namun terdapat faktor penghambat seperti kurangnya koordinasi dan komunikasi dalam pengembangan inovasi, kurangnya pengetahuan dan partisipasi masyarakat, ketidaktepatan sosialisasi dan promosi, penurunan transaksi akibat distribusi produk inovatif yang tidak konsisten, serta belum mencakup seluruh lapisan masyarakat. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah perlunya peningkatan koordinasi dan komunikasi, peningkatan pengetahuan dan partisipasi masyarakat, sosialisasi dan promosi yang lebih tepat, serta distribusi produk inovatif yang konsisten untuk mendukung pemberdayaan UMKM. Dengan mengatasi faktor penghambat ini, inovasi aplikasi Bebaya dapat lebih efektif dalam menjaga eksistensi pelaku UMKM di era digitalisasi dan pandemi Covid-19.
