Fraksi A mengandung steroid.Sesuai dengan uji KLT dengan bantuan sinar UV.Kata kunci: Eceng gondok, antioksidan, kromatografi, fitokimia.
This research aims, 1). To assess the growth and production of two black soybean varieties. 2). To examine the effect of using organic fertilizer on the growth and production of black soybean. 3). To examine the interaction between various types of organic fertilizers and varieties on the growth and production of black soybeans. This research was conducted at the practice site of the Gowa Agricultural Development Polytechnic (Polbangtan), located at Romanglompoa Village, Bontomarannu, Gowa District. This research was conducted from July to December 2018. Data obtained from observations were analysed statistically (Analysis of variance with the F test) in accordance with the design used. In this study the experiments were analysed using the Split Plot Design. If the variance shows that F count is real or very real, then the data analysis is continued with the test using the Least Significant Difference test (LSD). The results showed that Detam-3 varieties had a significantly different effect with Detam-4 on the growth and production of black soybean plants, mixed organic fertilizer (bokashi manure, rice straw, and rice husk) showed the best effect on the growth and production of black soybean, and there is no interaction between the type of organic fertilizer and soybean varieties on the growth and production of black soybean. It is recommended to use Detam-3 black soybean varieties accompanied by the use of bokashi organic fertilizer made from rice straw as part of a zero-waste farming system to support optimum production
Feed corn is a new commodity developed in Balangan Regency. Some parts of this feed corn are not used and are just left alone by farmers who are classified as agricultural waste. This feed corn plant waste be used as a LOF. This LOF is used to increase the..growth of sweet corn plants. This study aims (i) effect LOF waste corn feed on sweet corn plants. (ii)the best concentration. This research was conducted in Tabuan Village, Halong District, Balangan Regency, South Kalimantan Province from June - August 2021, using a single factor RBD. The factors studied were the application of..LOF..from corn waste feed (W) as much as 5 levels namely w1 = 28.5 cc. plot-1 , w2 = 85.5 cc.plot-1, w3 = 142.5 cc.plot-1, w4 = 199.5 cc. plot-1, w5 = 256.5 cc.plot-1. The.results .this.study..the LOF treatment of feed corn waste had a significant effect on plant variables aged 28 DAP, but had no effect on plant variables aged 14 and 21 DAP, length of cob with and without husks, the weight of cobs with and without husks. The best feeding corn waste POC was l3 (142.5 cc.plot-1) of plant height and stem diameter at 28 DAP with l1 (28.5 cc.plot-1) on the variable number of leaves at 28 DAP.
Meniran is an herbal plant that has many health benefits. Meniran tea contains phytochemicals like teas in general such as saponins, phenolics, flavonoids, and tannins. This study aims to determine the effect of the meniran leaf tea brewing method on the preference value and content of an antioxidant activity. This research was a laboratory experiment with a completely randomized design (CRD). Meniran tea was brewed using the Decoction Brew (DB), Cold Brew (CB), and True Brew (TB) methods with filter and non-filter treatments. The organoleptic test in this study used 30 untrained panelists. Organoleptic test data collection consisting of color, aroma, and taste attributes were assessed using a 9-scale hedonic scale questionnaire. Organoleptic data that had been collected was then tested for normality using Kolmogorov Smirnov, if normally distributed, continued with ANOVA statistical test and then Duncan's further test with 99% CI. Organoleptic test results in the form of attributes of color (p= 0,000), aroma (p= 0,003), and taste (p= 0,000) of panelists preferred tea with the TBF brewing method. Based on the antioxidant activity content of selected meniran tea (TBF) around 2,33 – 2,81 mg/mL. In conclusion, the panelists prefer tea with the TBF brewing method based on the attributes of color, aroma, and taste as well as high antioxidant activity.
Meniran (Phyllanthus niruri Linn.) is a medicinal plant that can reduce obesity status, hypoglycemic, hypotensive, and have antioxidant activity. Meniran has been long used as a medicinal plant, but its utilization in a form of water infusion is still rare. This research is a continuation study which aims to identify the biomolecules that have antioxidant activity in water infusion of meniran. The making of water infusion of meniran requires drying process, which can be done by room temperature drying and sun drying. Phenol and fl avonoid compounds in meniran are assumed to have antioxidant activity. Both compounds are easily oxidized and isomerized due to sun exposure. It is assumed that the drying method will aff ect the presence of phenol and fl avonoid compounds and its antioxidant activity. The study began with the process of sun drying and room temperature without direct sun exposure. Then the extraction process used water soxhlet by soxhlet extraction method. The extract was then tested qualitatively using the DPPH IC50 method. The results of the qualitative analysis with meniran color visualization are positive containing fl avonoids and phenols. The results of quantitative analysis of meniran which are dried by sun drying; fl avonoids 0.90% w/w and 1.65% w/w phenols, in samples stored at room temperature: 2.00% w/w fl avonoids and phenol 56.16% w/w. The antioxidant activity of IC50-DPHH in extract concentrations (2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 15, 20 ppm) of dried meniran at room temperature 18.48 ppm, sun drying cannot be determined.
