One of the blasting activity impact in Exsisting Pit by PT Semen Padang is producing the ground vibration. Analyzing the blasting distance needed to know the level of ground vibration. From that analysis, the actual value and prediction value of Peak Vector Sum (PVS) and value of vibration by SNI 7571 : 2010. The measuring of ground vibration level is done in Mess APN as residents settlement, wich is located as far as 611 meters from blasting location. The measurement starts by measuring the blasting geometry, the amount of drill hole, blasting distance, and ground vibration for about 13 data. Those data are processed using Shotplus-I to make the blasting design and the ground vibration level will be known by using blastmate. From the 13 data of ground vibration Mess APN that known on the distance 464 m the result of ground vibration is 1.651 mm/s while on the distance 478 the result of ground vibration is 2.382. Based on the result that can be seen there is an anomaly data, that caused the same blasting geometry treatment for rock structure on mine site. Beside, according measurement data wich are measured in Mess APN, the average value of ground vibration is 1.511 mm/s. It show that the ground ground vibration does not cause a significant impact in Mess APN as residents settlement and does not exceed the limit value of class 2 building category by SNI 7571:2010 (limit value is 3 mm/s)
This study aims to find out whether human resource competence has an indirect effect on employee performance through job satisfaction, to find out whether organizational culture has an indirect effect on employee performance through job satisfaction and to find out whether transformational leadership style has an indirect effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. . Descriptive statistics are statistics that function to describe or provide an overview of the object under study through sample data or the population as it is, without analyzing and making conclusions that apply to the public. The influence of human resource competence on job satisfaction through employee performance is 0.008, with a T statistic value of 0.439 (> 1.993) and a significance value (p-values) of 0.661 (< 0.05). Thus, the first hypothesis (H8) in the study this is rejected. The influence of Organizational Culture on job satisfaction through employee performance is 0.459, with a T statistic of 02.447 (< 1.993 and a significance value (p-values) of 0.015 (> 0.05). Thus, the second hypothesis (H9) in this study is accepted. The effect of transformational leadership style on job satisfaction through employee performance is 0.098, with a T statistic of 2.242 (>1.993 and a significance value (p-values) of 0.025 (<0.05) thus, the third hypothesis (H10) in this study is accepted.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sistem pembayaran parkir yang lebih mudah di gunakan, pengguna tidak perlu menggunakan uang tunai untuk proses pembayarannya serta mengatasi antrian yang sering terjadi di pintu parkir dan juga mempermudah pihak pengelola dalam mengelola pembayaran parkir. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Studi Pustaka, Studi lapangan dimana dalam studi lapangan membutuhkan perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Suzuya Mall Bireuen dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif di-mana sistem tersebut di buat untuk mempermudah proses pembayaran parkir, dimana pengguna cukup menggunakan kartu RFID tag yang telah terintegrasi dan telah di beri saldo untuk melakukan proses pembayaran sehingga proses pembayaran tidak perlu menggunakan uang tun-ai dan bisa mengatasi antrian yang ada di tempat parkir, dalam hal ini pengguna juga bisa melakukan pengisian ulang saldo agar saldo dalam kartu RFID tag bisa bertambah dan dapat di gunakan kembali untuk proses pembayaran.
