This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and work discipline partially, and the effect of leadership and work discipline simultaneously on employee performance at Dinas Pendidikan Kota Banjarmasin.This research uses quantitative methods.Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja secara parsial, dan pengaruh kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan Kota Banjarmasin.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kota Banjarmasin yang berjumlah 102 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan probability sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden sebanyak 51 orang pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kota Banjarmasin yang di dapatkan dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan regresi linear berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pada Dinas Pendidikan Kota Banjarmasin dengan menggunakan Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) versi 21.00 for windows.Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan Kota Banjarmasin. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan Kota Banjarmasin.
The problems experienced by employees at Suzuki Finance Banjarmasin include decreased work motivation and job satisfaction which affect decreasing employee performance. One indication is the high level of absenteeism and tardiness that is increasing, which is one of the factors that is thought to be the cause of the decline in employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation, job satisfaction, and work discipline on employee performance, either simultaneously or partially, and also to determine the most dominant independent variable affecting employee performance. The population in this study was all employees of the Suzuki Finance Banjarmasin office. The research sample was 33 people using the census technique (saturated sampling) and analyzed by multiple linear regression data analysis technique using the SPSS-25 computer application. Based on the results of this study, it is known that simultaneously motivation, job satisfaction, and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance, partially, only two variables, namely job satisfaction, and work discipline, have a significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a dominant effect on employee performance.
This study aims to present an attractive collaboration platform to motivate SME players in collaborating activities to support their business development. Therefore, this article introduces the proposed new model, "Intelligent Silaturrahmi-based Gamification Mechanics (ISb-GM)." This model embodies the gamification mechanics of collaboration based on the cultural parameter of "silaturrahmi" found in previous research. The consideration of choosing this parameter is to increase the closeness of the relationship in collaboration. The model is also equipped with an intelligent system to extract the knowledge needed in the collaboration process. The parameter "silaturrahmi" serves as a reference for scenario mechanics to measure the collaboration performance of each player.The intelligent system functions to complement data extraction needs to provide recommendations for suitable SME partners to collaborate. This model is represented in a collaboration gamification prototype and experiments; it is proven to show performance effectively for collaborating media and measure the collaboration performance of each player.
This study aims to measure the Locus of Control, Self-Efficacy, and Adversity Quotient of owners or managers on the performance of Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes), which have a similar condition as Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SME). The number of research samples is 53 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple regression. The results showed that Locus of Control (2,080), Self-Efficacy (2,085), Adversity Quotient (5,162) had a positive and partially significant effect on Business Performance. Locus of control, Self-Efficacy, and Adversity Quotient have a positive and significant impact simultaneously on Business Performance (183,523). Adversity quotient has the most dominant effect on Business Performance compared to Locus of Control and Self-Efficacy. Adversity quotient berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap Kinerja Usaha dibandingkan Locus of Control dan Self-Efficac. Artinya kecerdasan adversitas yang tinggi mampu mendorong peningkatan kinerja usaha yang dijalankan dengan memanfaatkan keterbatasan modal, kemampuan, tenaga kerja, jaringan, pasar, dsb tetapi sebaliknya menjadi daya dorong untuk makin cerdas dalam melihat peluang dan meraih kesempatan-kesempatan.Kata kunci: locus of control, self-efficacy, adversity quotient, kinerja Usaha, BUMDes
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi, kepuasan kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor kecamatan kuripan kabupaten Barito Kuala baik secara simultan maupun parsial kemudian juga untuk mengetahui variabel bebas manakah yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai kantor kecamatan kuripan. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 23 orang yang diambil menggunakan teknik sensus (sampling jenuh). Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda melalui aplikasi komputer SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science) versi 25. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa (1) secara simultan kompetensi, kepuasan kerja dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; (2) secara parsial hanya dua variabel yaitu kepuasan kerja dan motivasi yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja; (3) variabel motivasi yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai.
