One of the sectors to strengthen vocational education is conducting graduate searches. The aim is to map or find out the activities of alumni after graduating from school. The extent to which the competency of alumni obtained from the school can be absorbed and needed by industry. Several systems are in place that allow for completion of tracing. However, not all of these systems meet the school's desired needs. So it is necessary to design the system by adjusting the needs of the school. In the early stages of the research conducted a series of needs analysis to determine system specifications. One of them is object-oriented programming analysis design using UML modeling by applying four UML diagrams, namely class diagrams, activity diagrams, use case diagrams, and sequence diagrams.
This research aimed to describe the use of T –chart Technique to improve students’ reading comprehension. This Classroom Action Research was conducted at the first grade students of MA NW PUTRI NARMADA with 27 students where the all of students are female. The data gathering used multiple choice and analyzed the data are using qualitative and quantitative approach, in the first cycle wasn’t improve students reading comprehension where the mean score of pre-test was 61 with the percentage 14% and the post-test was 69 with the percentage 33%, the result of the second cycles where the mean score of pre-test was 70 with the percentage 44% and the mean score of post-test was 86 with percentage 85%. The result of students’ achievement in cycles II with passing scores in the first were 33% (not good) and the second test were 85% (very good) indicated the target of 75 of the minimum criteria has been achieved. Based on the result of the study, it can be concluded that the use of T –chart technique to improve students’ reading comprehension at MA NW PUTRI NARMADA in academic year 2018/2019 are success
The quality of service in each organization is one indicator of the success of a business entity or organization. In meeting these indicators, information systems or information applications are a mainstay in a business strategy. In several departments or faculties at various universities, the business process that is often carried out is archive management. Archiving activities are very important because they involve official documents and are important for every institution. Increased technological innovation has empowered institutions to monitor archives in a digital way. The purpose of this research is to create a website-based archive application using sequential searching algorithms that can be used to record and store easily and safely, and be managering every archive for essier access. The system development methodology uses the waterfall method and the PHP and MySQL programming languages. This application can be used to record, store, display archives by category and can be used to display archives by category, preview archives, download archives and archive details in the Design Department of the Polytechnic Media Creative.
