This study aims to determine the steps for developing interactive learning media, the feasible of interactive learning media, and determine student responses. This research method is Research and Development (R&D) and uses the ADDIE. The instruments of this research are interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. With the research subject of teachers and students of class VD SDN Jatimulya 11. The data analysis techniques of this study were expert validation questionnaire data analysis and student response questionnaire data analysis. The results of the study showed that the feasibility of the media got a score of 79.5% (Valid) for media expert validation, 80% (Very valid) for materials expert validation, and 81% (Very valid) for linguistic validation. Then the students gave a positive response to the media by getting a score of 92.1% (Excellent). Based on these results, the product is feasible to be used as a medium to support learning in elementary schools
The implementation of democracy in each country takes different forms between one country and another, sometimes in a country in carrying out democracy it takes the form of a parliamentary system, likewise sometimes a country runs a presidential system in order to realize democracy. Meanwhile, in the context of the Indonesian state, the implementation of a government system whether it uses a presidential or parliamentary system is still a dynamic and debate until now among experts in constitutional law and politics that the Indonesian government system adopts what form of government system. Some experts have argued that when the 1945 Constitution had not been amended, the style of Indonesian government was often said to be a semi-presidential system. However, in practice the Indonesian government system is closer to a parliamentary style as was the case during the constitution of the Republic of the United States of Indonesia (RIS) and the UUDS in 1950, and after the amendments to the 1945 Constitution, the Indonesian government system became a pure presidential system. Several other experts stated that the Indonesian government system adopted a presidential system of government because it was of the opinion that the president's accountability to the MPR was not the responsibility of the legislative body. In this case he added, the President's accountability to the MPR should not be equated with a cabinet's accountability to parliament (in the parliamentary system). Therefore, it is very important to trace the implementation of the government system in Indonesia to date, whether it is adopting a pure presidential system or a mixture of presidential and parliamentary systems. Abstrak Implementasi demokrasi dalam setiap negara mengambil bentuk yang berbeda-beda antara negara yang satu maupun negara lain, terkadang dalam sebuah negara dalam menjalankan demokrasi mengambil bentuk sistem parlementer, demikian pula terkadang suatu negara menjalankan sistem presidensial demi untuk mewujudkan demokrasi. Sementara dalam konteks negara Indonesia, penerapan sistem pemerintahan apakah menggunakan sistem presindesial atau parlementer masih menjadi suatu dinamika dan perdebatan sampai sekarang dikalangan para pakar hukum tata negara dan politik bahwa sistem pemerintahan Indonesia menganut sistem pemerintahan yang berbentuk apa. Beberapa pakar mengemukakan bahwa ketika UUD 1945 belum diamandemen, corak pemerintahan Indonesia sering dikatakan sebagai sistem semi presidensial. Namun dalam prakteknya sistem pemerintahan Indonesia justru lebih mendekati corak parlementer seperti halnya dalam masa konstitusi Republik Indonesia Serikat (RIS) dan UUDS tahun 1950, dan setelah amandemen UUD 1945 sistem pemerintahan Indonesia menjadi sistem presidnesial murni. Beberapa pakar lain menyebutkan bahwa sistem pemerintahan Indonesia menganut sistem pemerintahan presidensial karena berpendapat pertanggungjawaban presiden kepada MPR bukan merupakan pertanggungjawaban kepada badan legeslatif. dalam hal ini menambahkan, petanggungjawaban Presiden kepada MPR tidak boleh disamakan dengan pertanggungjawaban kabinet kepada parlemen (dalam sistem parlementer). Karena itu, menjadi hal sangat penting untuk menelusuri pelaksanaan sistem pemerintahan di Indonesia hingga sekarang ini, apakah menganut sistem presidensial murni atau campuran sistem presidensial dan parlementer.

Pendidikan pancasila dan kewarganegaraan merupakan mata pelajaran yang berisikan materi yang berhubungan dengan nilai-nilai yang ada di dalam Pancasila. Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan ini sering dikaitkan dengan penanaman moral, ahklah, karakter peserta didik. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan tujuan dari mata pelajaran pendidikanPancasila dan Kewarganegaraan yakni membentuk setiap insan menjadi warga negara yang baik, taat akan hukum dan mentaati peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.Pendidikan Pancasila Dalam menentukan bentuk dan format agar mata kuliah Pendidikan Pancasila dapat diselenggarakan di berbagai program studi dengan menarik dan efektif terdapat berbagai tantangan. Tantangan ini dapat berasal dari internal perguruan tinggi, misalnya faktor ketersediaan sumber daya, dan spesialisasi program studi yang makin tajam (yang menyebabkan kekurangtertarikan sebagian mahasiswa terhadap Pendidikan Pancasila).
The Sunni and Shia’s conflict was occurred during contestation between the majority and minority people. In Indonesia, Sunnis are majority which naturally had a position that would always suppress the minority, however there is a subordination of those who have power to the ruled. For this reason, for those people who have been controlled will always be controlled and oppressed, so that all activities will be limited. This issues were happened in Yogyakarta, where the Shi’a group named Rausyan Fikr was oppressed and harassed by a pressure community consisting of the Islamic Community Forum (FUI) and the Islamic Jihad Front (FJI). The pressure communities consider the Shi’a group Rausyan Fikr have spread heresy or heterodoxy which is contrary to the creed of the Sunni majority. The oppressed communities are raising theological and aqidah issues that the Shi’a of Rausyan Fikr are Shi'a rafidhah who are heretic and unbeliever. But on the other hand, the Shi’a group (Rausyan Fikr) operates in the realm of thought and philosophy, not in the theological and religious areas which are considered to be the private domain. In responding to this problem, the Shi’a group (Rausyan Fikr) could be goodin their strategy so they can get out of pressure. As a result, the Shi’a group took strategy through the spiral of silence movement by utilizing the mass media as a purpose to spread discourse that would supported their action. In addition, Rausyan Fikr develops activities that can support their mobility such as building an intellectual movement of the Islamic Philosophy Activist Network (JAKFI) which focuses on areas of science and philosophy.
Various studies have been expressed about the progress of Islamic civilization which is strongly influenced by contact with outside traditions, both Greek, Persian, Indian, and so forth. But the important thing that also needs to be underlined is that Islam itself has the values and teachings of the Qur'an which is the main driver of the birth of Islamic civilization. The Qur'an has a very vital and respected position in Muslim communities throughout the world. Aside from being a source of law, moral guidance, guidance of worship and doctrine of the faith, the Qur'an is also a historical and universal source of civilization. This paper will further explore how the embodiment of Islam as a civilization and the historicity of the Qur'an as a trigger for civilization. AbstrakRagam kajian telah diutarakan seputar kemajuan peradaban Islam yang sangat dipengaruhi oleh pesentuhan dengan tradisi luar, baik Yunani, Persia, India, dan lain sebagainya. Namun hal penting yang juga patut digarisbawahi tebal-tebal adalah bahwa di dalam Islam sendiri telah memiliki nilai dan ajaran Al-Qur'an yang menjadi pendorong utama lahirnya peradaban Islam. Al-Qur'an memiliki posisi yang amat vital dan terhormat dalam masyarakat Muslim di seluruh dunia. Di samping sebagai sumber hukum, pedoman moral, bimbingan ibadah dan doktrin keimanan, Al-Qur'an juga merupakan sumber peradaban yang bersifat historis dan universal. Tulisan ini lebih lanjut hendak menlusuri bagaimana perwujudan Islam sebagai sebuah peradaban dan historisitas al-Qur'an sebagai pemicu dan pemacu peradaban.
