In this study integrated approaches combining field study, petrographic analysis and petrophysical analysis has been used to infer the depositional and diagenetic effects on reservoir characteristics. The exposed stratigraphic section of Chorgali Formation at its type locality was logged, sampled and petrophysical analysis of well log data from Fimkassar-02 were carried out. Three microfacies recognized from petrographic studies are: Bioclastic Wackestone-Packstone Microfacies, Mixed Bioclastuc Wackestone-Packstone Microfacies and Larger Foraminiferal Wackestone-Packstone Microfacies. The depositional texture and faunal association suggested that the microfacies represents deposition in a low energy, distally steepened ramp type of setting. Due to the deposition in low energy environment the ratio of lime mud is more than bioclasts as a result the primary pore spaces in the formation are negligible. The analysis further showed that the carbonates of Chorgali Formation was also subjected to various diagenetic changes, mainly showing the compaction, stylolitization, aragonite to calcite transformation (neomorphism), tectonically induced fracturing and calcite veins passing from marine diagenesis to meteoric diagenesis through burial diagenesis. Fracturing due to later tectonic deformation have had a major influence on porosity generation and in some cases fracturing and stylolites together have had an important effect on permeability values. The petrophysical analysis shows that the Eocene Chorgali Formation is very good reservoir with average hydrocarbon saturation of 80 %.
Code mixing is a process that is unconscious which helps to establish communication in a multilingual group. The study in question examines the use of code-mixing throughout the book "The Holy Woman"by "Qaisra Shahraz." The study examines the socioeconomic and cultural lives that are in Sindh and Karachi. The marriage ceremony was analyzed using words like amazing Rishta three talaqs sister's Mehandi, Nikkah, and jahez. Through code-mixing, the author has not just shown the languages but also the depiction of Pakistani culture. The research found that the author is able to see the light in the regional languages that sound more familiar to the reader as well as Pakistani English to fulfill the language gap. The information has been examined by using Baum gardner, Kennedy, and Shamim's(1993) and Kachru's (1983) model of code-mixing. The researcher has discovered 400 terms (English-Urdu words) within the thirty-two contexts of semantics.
N'',N'''-Bis[(E)-phenylmethylidene]carbonic dihydrazide, azotic ligands with lone electron pairs, have wide range of applications in catalysis, medicine, corrosion, and analytical chemistry. Keeping this broad range of applications in view, we have developed a new green method for the rapid synthesis of N'',N'''-Bis[(E)-phenylmethylidene]carbonic dihydrazide and its derivatives. By using a new protocol, a range of carbonic dihydrazides 1-22 has been synthesized in excellent yields. All synthesized compounds have been characterized by elemental analyses, 1H-NMR, EI-MS and HR-MS. These carbonic dihydrazides have also been synthesized via conventional method. On comparisons of new and conventional methods, it is evident that newly developed solvent-free method is more proficient, high yielding, and simple. As protease inhibitors are known to inhibit not only proliferation of cancer cell lines but also to cure hepatitis C virus and HIV aids infections, therefore, all purified and characterized compounds have also been evaluated for their potential to act as in vitro α-chymotrypsin (an enzyme belongs to protease family) inhibitors. Among tested compounds, ten compounds have shown varying degree of α-chymotrypsin inhibition potential.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
