This study aims to determine the effectiveness of blended learning towards the improvement of pre-service teacher TPaCK (Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge) in developing multimedia learning mathematics in elementary schools. The type of this research is a quasi-experimental design. The research method used is a non-equivalent control group design. The population of this study was the 6th-semester students of the 2018/2019 academic year of the PGSD UAD study program of 315 students grouped in 7 classes. The sample used was an experimental class of the class controller drawn at random. The method of collecting data uses observations in multimedia learning mathematics that have been developed by pre-service elementary school teachers. The research instrument used the TPaCK assessment sheet that had been taken expert validation. The results of the study showed that at a significance level of 5% blended learning was effective in increasing the TPaCK of pre-service teachers in developing multimedia learning mathematics in elementary schools.
The skills that need to be possessed by teachers, especially mathematics teachers in the revolution 4.0 to deal with 21st century students include critical, creative, collaborative and communicative. Another skill needed is mathematical literacy. The aim of this research is to examine how the relationship between mathematical literacy and student`s creative thinking abilities. In this study, mathematical literacy has three aspects, namely interpret problems, formulate problems, and use mathematics inside solve the problem. And, creative thinking abilities has 4 aspect, namely fluency, flexibility, originality and elaboration. The type of the research using correlation ex-post facto research which the researcher does not give treatment to the respondent so that this study only reveals the variable as it is without connecting with other variables. Population used is all first semester students in the 2018/2019 academic year at Ahmad Dahlan University, which numbered 315 people with a total sample of 206 people. Technique data collection carried out in this study is data on mathematical literacy and student’s creative thinking abilities taken by distributing test instruments and interview. Test description is tested as much as 5 items which is a matter of mathematical literacy and creative thinking ability. Data analysis using regresion analysis and correlation coefficient test using Pearson product moment correlation technique. The results of the study indicates there is significant relationship between literacy skills mathematics with creative thinking of students.
This study aims to produce guided discovery based modules on the flat wake material for UG PGSD students as well as to know the level of eligibility of modules developed on the building materials flat side space. This research type is research development or Reseach and Development. Development refers to the development model of ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). The instruments used are expert material validation sheet, media expert's validation sheet, and student practicality sheet. The result of the research is a guided discovery based module on the material of flat space space for UG PGSD students. The results showed that based on the module assessment by the material experts and the media experts obtained the result that the module that has been developed is at a good level of feasibility with an average score of 4.00 (good) of the material experts and the average score of 3.85 (good) From a media expert.
The ability to use technology in learning or Technological Content Knowledge (TCK), is one of the skills that must be mastered by teachers in the era of society 5.0. Therefore pre-service teacher must also have the ability to use technology in learning. This study aims to determine TCK pre-service teachers in developing interactive multimedia in mathematics learning. This research is a comparative study. The study population was 300 students of Ahmad Dahlan University Primary School Teacher Education. The research sample was taken randomly as many as 169 students. The research instrument uses the TCK assessment sheet that has been validated by experts. The results showed that the significance level of 5% TCK for students who developed captivate-assisted learning multimedia was better than students who developed flash-assisted learning multimedia.
Pedagogical knowledge merupakan salah satu kemampuan yang harus dimiliki mahasiswa Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar (PGSD) sebagai calon guru Sekolah Dasar (SD). Pedagogical knowledge merupakan pengetahuan tentang karakteristik siswa dan model/strategi pembelajaran apa saja yang dapat digunakan di SD. Pedagogical knowledge ini sangat penting dikuasai mahasiswa terutama dalam pembelajaran matematika, karena matematika harus disampaikan secara konkrit dengan model/metode/strategi tertentu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan buku strategi pembelajaran matematika di SD yang berorientasi pada pedagogical knowledge mahasiswa PGSD. Penelitian pengembangan yang dilakukan menggunakan model pengembangan 4-D (Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate). Instrumen yang digunakan untuk menilai buku yang dikembangkan yaitu lembar penilaian ahli, angket respon mahasiswa, dan tes pedagogical knowledge. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa buku dinyatakan valid oleh para ahli, dan praktis oleh mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan baha buku efektif berdasarkan hasil tes pedagogical knowledge mahasiswa PGSD UAD.
