Recently, Madrasa education development, especially in Islamic countries like Indonesia, has become a significant issue that needs the attention of academic and regulators alike. Therefore, the present research examines the impact of government support and human resource (HR) improvement on Madrasa education development in Indonesia. The researchers also investigate the moderating role of institutional policies among the nexus of government support, HR improvement and Madrasa education development in Indonesia. The researchers have followed the primary data collection approach using questionnaires for data collection from the selected respondents. The present article also uses the smart-PLS to evaluate the relations among variables and the validity of the constructs. The results indicate that government support and HR improvement have a positive association with Madrasa education development in Indonesia. The results also revealed that institutional policies significantly moderate among the nexus of government support, HR improvement and Madrasa education development in Indonesia. These outcomes are meaningful for the Madrasa developing and regulating authorities while formulating rules and regulations regarding Madrasa education development in the country.

Pembelajaran ilmu falak dilaksanakan oleh program studi eksakta atau program studi sainstek. Jika dilihat dari program studi di lingkungan perguruan tinggi Islam yaitu UIN, IAIN atau PTKIS maka pembelajaran ilmu falak ini di bawah fakultas Syariah. Peminat yang ingin masuk dalam program studi ini sangat rendah. Walaupun diketahui ilmu falak dipelajari oleh program studi tertentu namun ada dibeberapa fakultas menjadikan ilmu falak salah satu mata kuliah wajib fakultas, seperti di Fakultas Agama Islam Universitas Muhamamdiyah Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pembelajaran ilmu falak bagi mahasiswa sangat menyenangkan dan materi pembelajarannya tidaklah sulit, dosen pengampu mata kuliahnya sesuai dengan keahliannya.
The development of education is currently being tested with various cases and problems that befall, not only curriculum problems, but also now being overwritten by some of the sexual harassment experienced by students. The harassment occurred in the form of online and some in person. The role of Islamic religious education must have a significant role in solving this problem, how can religious education actually be a control in doing something so that the measure is right and wrong or good and bad? This study aims to find information about the actual role of Islamic education in suppressing sexual harassment both online and in person, as well as to examine who the victims and perpetrators are. This study involved 232 students at the Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra from various majors and different residential areas. This research method uses mixed research, where the approach in the research is quantitative by analyzing numbers, and in the qualitative approach using descriptive analysis. Searching for information about the things studied by researchers uses a questionnaire in the form of a google form, while testing the validity of the data, researchers use Melles and Huberman. The results obtained indicate that the provision of Islamic religious education materials has a very high role in overcoming or controlling students so that they are not involved as perpetrators of sexual harassment online or offline.
In this research, the researcher wants to know students' knowledge about sex and theirbehavior in daily life. This research employsexplanatory research using the qualitative descriptive approach. This research was conducted atDepartment of Islamic Religion in University Muhammadiyah of Sumatera Utara Jl. KaptenMuktarBasri BA No. 3 Medan. The data were gathered from the interviews, observations and questionnaires. Those techniques were used to determine the level of students' understanding. Descriptive method was applied to analyze the data. The result of the study showed that students' level of understanding about sex is fairly good. Moreover, students' daily life did not show that they conducted misbehavior. It is also known that some of the students were dating, but their sexual behavior is classified into normal and reasonable.
