ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is 1) to know the simultaneous effect of functional training, human resource competence, and work discipline, to the development of career careers of DAU Police Sub-district of Malang Regency, 2) to know the partial influence of functional training, human resource competence, and work discipline, to the development of career careers of DAU Police Sub-district of Malang Regency, 3) To know the variables that have dominant influence to the development of career careers of DAU District Police Sector Malang. The results showed: 1) simultaneously functional training, human resource competence, and work discipline had a significant influence on the development of career careers of Malang District Police Sector, 2) Partially functional training, human resource competence, and work discipline have a significant influence on the development of career careers of DAU District Police Sector Malang, 3) Based on the results of the t test, it is known that the competence of human resources have a dominant influence on the development of career careers Police Sector of Malang Regency. ABSTRACT This research was conducted in Pamekasan Regional Secretariat with total sample of 64 respondents. The purpose of this study is: 1) To know the Style of Leadership, Work Discipline and Work Commitment simultaneously have an effect on Employee Work Achievement, 2) To know the style of Leadership, Work Discipline and Work Commitment partially have an effect on Employee Work Achievement, 3) To know the Style of Leadership, Work Discipline and Work Commitment which has a dominant influence Employee Work Achievement. The results showed: 1) simultaneously Leadership Style, Work Discipline and Work Commitment have a very significant influence on the performance of members, 2) Partially, Leadership Style, Work Discipline and Work Commitment have a significant influence on Employee Work Achievement in General Section of Regional Secretariat of Regency of Pamekasan, 3) job commitment variables have a dominant influence in affecting Employee Work Achievement In General Section Pamekasan Regional Secretariat. ABSTRACT This research was conducted in Pamekasan Police Office with the number of research samples of 42 personnel, The purpose of this study is 1) To know and describe about knowledge, work experience, human resource competence and career development on the work performance, 2) To test and analyze whether knowledge, work experience, HR competence and career development have a simultaneous and significant influence on the work performance, 3) To test and analyze whether the knowledge significantly affect the work performance. The results showed that simultaneously, knowledge, work experience, human resource competence and career development have a significant influence on the work performance. Partially, knowledge, work experience, human resource competence and career development have a significant influence on the work performance, human resource competence and career development have a significant influence on the work performance of pamekasan police personnel.
