ABSTRACT
This study aims to describe and know effect both simultanously and partialythe conditions of perception variable compensation, work environment, work motivation and job performance of teachers SMK PGRI Bojonegoro. The population in this study were all teachers at SMK PGRI Bojonegoro as many as 45 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling that takes most members of the population being sampled with certain characteristics in accordance with the intent and purpose of the study. In this study, the sample used is not permanent teachers (GTT) SMK PGRI in Bojonegoro. The method used is descriptive statistics and path analysis (path analysis). Perception of compensation, work environment and work motivation simultaneously no significant direct impact on the performance of teachers. Perception of compensation have no direct impact significantly on the performance of teachers. Work environment significant direct effect on the performance of teachers. Work motivation have a significant effect on the performance of teachers. Perception of compensation and working environment simultaneously no significant effect on work motivation of teachers. Perception compensation significant effect on work motivation of teachers. The work environment has no significant effect on work motivation of teachers SMK PGRI Bojonegoro.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of education and training on the performance of members of the Military Basic Training and Education Center (Puslatdiksarmil) in Sidoarjo through competence variables. Data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires and carried out to 129 members of the Puslatdiksarmil in Sidoarjo. The results show that directly the education variable, training variable and competence variable have a significant effect on performance, education variable has no significant effect on performance through competence, training variable has a significant effect on performance through competence, so the role of leadership is needed in efforts to improve education, training and competence. all members of the Puslatdiksarmil periodically to improve their performance. The implication of this research is that education and competence play an important role in improving the performance of members directly, training through competence plays a very important role in improving the performance of members so that organizational goals are expected to be achieved.
This study aims to analyze the mechanism for providing compensation certificates (SKGR) at the Tembilahan Hulu District Office. To achieve this goal, a quantitative descriptive analysis technique is used for services according to the MENPAN Decree Number 63 of 2003 concerning General Guidelines for the Implementation of Public Services.The results of the research from the ten service mechanisms, most of the respondents' answers were in line with expectations. Simplicity in process requirements, very clear technical and administrative requirements, certainty of letter completion time, service products are very important, process and service products are very safe, very quick to respond, infrastructure very adequate, the location is very strategic so it is very easy to access, the officers are very friendly in providing services, the environment is very beautiful and healthy.

Performance of employees relates to the quality and quantity of a job performed by employees or subordinates and related to the condition of a subordinate or employee in a particular organization. For that reason, it would be necessary to analyze by knowing the influence of individual characteristics, work characteristics and work environment that significantly affect the Performance of Employees at the Office of Investment and Integrated Services One Door (DPMPTSP) Indragiri Hilir Regency Researchers in this case focuses on 3 (three) variables to improve employee performance that is: Influence Characteristic Individual, Characteristic Of Work And Work Environment.

This study aims to analyze the public's response to the implementation of the East Java Provincial DPRD recess in 2021 in Dapil IX, Nawangan District, Pacitan Regency. To achieve this goal, a quantitative descriptive analysis technique of public responses was used, consisting of perceptions, attitudes and participation. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the majority have the same perception and of the five indicators the highest is the perception of the benefits of the recess program. Having a good attitude and of the five indicators the highest is the attitude of assessing the implementation of the recess program. The majority of the community participated in the implementation of the recess and of the four indicators, the highest was participation in deliberations in the kelurahan before the Recess Program was implemented.
