This research is the development of guided discovery based electronic module that aims to know the eligibility level of e-modules and student responses to guided discovery-based electronic modules in redox reaction material. This electronic module uses the ADDIE development model. The research was conducted at one of the high schools in Bengkulu with the subject 9 students of X MIPA A Students for small scale trials and 30 students of X MIPA D Students for large scale trials. From the results of the research obtained (1) the percentage of the feasibility of e-modules on the material aspect is 86,315% while from the media aspect is 91.425% so that based on the results of validation by the E-module validator is declared very valid, (2) based on the test results of the small-scale student response percentage of 75.97 % with interesting category, while for large-scale trials of 84.48% with a very interesting category. From the results percentage, it can be concluded that e-module is suitable for use in learning. Electronic module based on guided discovery is an effective tool to help students in learning redox reaction subject. E-module can be accessed by smartphone or laptop. With this e-module, students can access the study material from everywhere without any time limitation.
Kata Kunci: bahan ajar, digital Sigil, kemandirian belajar ABSTRACT: The purpose of this study is to analyze SMP (Junior High School) students' learning independence; to explain the role of Sigil digital learning material on SMP students' learning independence; and to design steps of developing Sigil digital learning material. The research method is literary review, namely by using books and some research results which are related to digital Sigil. Theories are associated with the discussion on problems that occur to find solution. The result indicates that SMP students' learning independence is low so that there needs to be a learning medium that is attractive to the students and can trigger their learning independence. The use of Sigil digital learning material, which is designed in the form of module with its functions and excellence, can make SMP students more attracted to learn and improve their independence. The stages of developing Sigil digital learning material (modules) are analysis, design, trial and development, implementation and improvement, evaluation and revision, and Jurnal TEKNODIK TEKNODIK TEKNODIK TEKNODIK TEKNODIK
The purpose of this study was to develop teaching materials for Organic Chemistry 2 by using an android-based STEM approach, analyze the readability of teaching materials and determine student learning outcomes. This research belongs to the R&D type of the Borg and Gall model. This research was starting from the research and information gathering stage, planning, developing the initial product format, validation testing, initial product revision, field testing, product revision of field test results. The research subjects were undergraduate students of Chemistry Education who took organic chemistry courses 2. The instruments in this research were a material expert validation questionnaire, media expert validation and evaluation test sheets. The results showed that the teaching materials developed were considered feasible by the material expert validators with a percentage score of 93.33% and media experts 95.67%. The data from the readability test of teaching materials averaged 92.38 with a very good category. Student learning outcomes pretest and posttest scores increased from 55.56 to 78.61, the N-gain value was 0.51875 in the medium category. Based on this, it can be concluded that organic chemistry 2 teaching materials using an android-based STEM approach are very feasible and can improve student learning outcomes.
Lecturer play an important role in the process of planning the learning activities, one of them is in the selection of learning model. This research aims to improve the student activities and learning outcomes in the course of chemistry food materials using problem solving learning models integrated with video media. This research was a classroom action research, which consists of 3 cycles. The participants were students of the chemistry education study program who enrol chemistry food materials courses in the odd semester of academic year 2017/2018, totally 35 people. The data analysis technique is by calculating the average value and classical learning completeness. The data were gathered from test in the end of every cycle. It was found that the student’s ability in learning process improved after the implementation of Problem Solving model. It could be seen in the improvement of average score for each test, from 78,81 in cycle I, 80,18 in cycle II to 85,69 in cycle III. In addition, classically learning completeness of students also improved, from 82,86 % in cycle I, 88,57 in cycle II to 100 % in cycle III.
This research was conducted to see the implementation of distance learning during the New Habitual Adaptation (NHA) period of the COVID 19 pandemic. The indicators that will be seen are planning, implementation, problems, and solutions of distance learning. The method used in this research is a qualitative analysis method. The results of this study are(1) Learning planning for NHA mass education units in Kepahiang Regency has prepared related regulations, and an education unit ordinance has been issued related to its implementation. The infrastructure to prevent COVID 19 in the Kepahiang District education unit is also excellent. Therefore, the lesson plan that has been prepared has also been adjusted to the NHA period. (2) The implementation of AKB learning in Kepahiang Regency was actively followed by more than 80% of students, the most widely used learning method was offline distance, and the most widely used media was WhatsApp. (3) Obstacles faced in the learning process of the NHA period in the Kepahiang Regency are the facilities, networks, competencies, and complexity of the student's brain. (4) Solution options offered and carried out are offline distance learning. This research is essential because there are instruments whose indicators are determined according to the objectives achieved.
