to assess physical health and biological age of 1st 2nd year girl students, depending on their physical activity, as well as to work out system of control over students' health. Material: in the research 1st and 2nd year girl students (n=120) participated. Results: students' busy in their working day was analyzed as well as student's understanding of healthy life style during working day. We also paid attention to reasons of sharp weakening of students' physical fitness and determined integral indicator of healthy life style conception as well as significance of every its component. The following concepts are introduced: physical health, including individual level of physical condition; physical fitness and physical state. We found normal level for every component of physical health and correlation between population, regional and individual norms. Conclusions: For students' healthy life style formation it is necessary to observe norm requirements to all its components. Violation of any component's norm results in worsening general final result.
Purpose: to work out complex of health related aerobic exercises with fit-ball for girl students, who have significant risk of backbone pathologies. Material: in the research 1st-3rd year girl students (n=50, age -15-17 years) participated. Questionnaire for assessment of self feeling was used. For diagnostic of backbone mobility we used criterion of functional disorders and trainings effectiveness assessment. The diagnostic included eight tests for every girl student of risk group -Cervical spine mobility, Otta's test, Chest excursion, Shober's test, Tomayer's test, Pavelky's (left) test, Pavelky's (right) test and Backbone index. The main research method was pedagogic experiment. Results: it was found that 50% of 1st year girl students have pain in back. Average level of backbone mobility (backbone index) in the tested group was 86.9% from approximate norm at the end of the research. Conclusions: we found that it is possible to prevent from deviations in backbone functional state and preservation of its functional level in fit-ball aerobic trainings. Fitball aerobic trainings resulted in confident improvement of indicators of backbone mobility.
Purpose:to study reliability of functioning and reserves of system, controlling movements with different coordination structure of special health group girl students (low health level) in physical education process. Material:in the research special health group girl students (n=136, age 17-19) participated. They were divided into 2 groups -control and experimental. The program, directed to increase reliability and reserves of system controlling movements, was realized. It was based on physical exercises of complicated coordination with novelty elements, which were fulfilled under musical accompaniment. The research continued one academic year. Results:in girl students with health problems we registered higher differential thresholds, when reproducing local movements in complicated conditions. They used visual and hearing feedback channels for informing brain's programming areas about made mistakes. They were worse teachable in training accurate movements. These girl students have less expressed compensation reserves under impact of hindering factors and interferences. It can be interpreted as non-specific crisscross negative response to motor functional system in case of health problems. All these determine reduction of reserve potentials of motor control system. Conclusions:The main reserve potentials' criteria of control over different coordination structure movements are: quickness of passing to program mechanism of fine movements' regulation in stable conditions of functioning; power and effectiveness of compensatory reactions, ensuring interference immunity of system, controlling movements under interfering factors; reliability of maintaining movements' qualitative parameters in optimal range under interfering factors; reduction of sensor interconnections in stable functioning conditions.
