The 4th European Congress of the ER-WCPT / Physiotherapy 102S (2016) eS67-eS282 Discussion and conclusions: The self-referral into neuro outpatient physiotherapy has been a positive service development with high patient satisfaction. The numbers show that patients are keen to access the service via self-referral. This suggests that some of the new self-referrals are coming from patients who would have previously been referred by another healthcare professional. This service evaluation is obviously limited as this is only a 5 month review but a continued review of the service is required to monitor patient satisfaction, referral numbers and waiting times.Impact and implications: A self-referral neuro outpatient physiotherapy service is viable and could be used in other physiotherapy departments.
